“I had a very comfortable stay. The room was a generous size with an excellent bed, and I appreciated the in-room touches—tea and coffee, a fridge, and a smart TV with iPlayer and Netflix.
Parking spaces at the front were difficult to get, but the overflow car park at the neighbouring hotel is just a short walk away and worked well for me.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was very good. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience.”

“What a fabulous place to stay in lovely Bowness on Windermere. Chris and Vicky are so friendly, they were so helpful and accomodating to any requests, communication prior to check in was superb. Our room was beautiful, a gorgeous view over Lake Windermere, wonderfully comfortable bed and pillows, fab hot shower, really clean and comfortable. There were lovely little touches in our room and a delightful, delicious breakfast cooked fresh each morning. We couldn't rate this place highly enough, ……

“We found this hotel and it’s an absolute gem!
Nestled above Lake Windermere, it has a lovely atmosphere and comfy rooms. We had both dinner and breakfast there and they were both tasty and to a high standard. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times.
