Amazing! 10/10 experience, property was amazing perfectly clean and had everything you need. It was so easy to contact anyone and ask any questions if needed from the minute we booked to the minute we left. We will definitely be returning

We’ll Recovered

Unfortunately the guests prior to us had not treated the property in a nice manner which had left a number of issues within the property. Fortunately they did rectify most of the issues within a day so this did not hinder our stay. Overall it is a very nice property and a nice location. The kitchen and main bathroom could do with an upgrade as they are a little behind other areas within the house. But overall a really nice villa.

Framily of 9 visits Marbella

Great home with walkable distance (20 min) to beautiful Cocoa Beach. Great restaurants, shopping market & beach chairs for rent close by! Home was lovely. Would be more enjoyable to have some basic kitchen condiments, items to use so as to not be wasteful when purchasing for a short stay (hand soap, toilet paper (none!), paper towels, dishwasher or laundry soap), olive oil, seasonings, etc. House gets very warm during the day, but a/c cools well in evening for sleeping. The house was great for what we needed…served the purpose and would definitely return!!!! Thanks for allowing us to stay:)

The property was in an excellent location but did not really live up to the listing - it was poorly maintained outside and inside and there was not a kettle and only one dirty old saucepan for heating water. Only 4 mugs for 8 people, 3 sunbeds - I could go on. The toaster was interesting! One of the ceramic hob plates did not work. When we arrived the pool was dirty and we had to wait for the pool cleaner to come. There was no clean bed linen or towels and we had to ask for that too. I have e-mailed the hosting company and they advise that they will keep my comments for future residents - I wonder if they will?I would not consider this property worth the money despite the location - we were disappointed really as we have stayed in the area for a number of years and this was not a great property although the photos look great.
