House with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom located in the quiet urbanization of Costabella, just 4 minutes\' walk from the beach. This property combines modern design, comfort, and an unbeatable location, making it ideal for an unforgettable holiday.

Located in one of the most peaceful and well-maintained areas of East Marbella, Costabella is known for its charming beach bars and clubs, where you can enjoy delicious food and relaxing days by the sea.



Its proximity to Marbella center (7 minutes by car) and Málaga airport (40 minutes by car) makes it a strategic location to explore the Costa del Sol. Additionally, this urbanization offers a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for families and friends.



THE HOUSE IN DETAIL ⤵️



This newly renovated single-story house is designed to provide a comfortable and practical stay. Upon entering, you are welcomed by a bright living-dining room with a fireplace, electric blinds, and a smart TV.



The house has 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom features a double bed, while the second bedroom has two 90 cm beds. Both bedrooms include air conditioning for heating and cooling.



The bathroom is fully equipped with a shower, and there is also an outdoor toilet for added convenience, located in the garden area, where you’ll find a washing machine and a dryer.



The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, and all necessary cookware.



Outside, the property features a covered terrace with a large table for outdoor dining, a private garden with sun loungers for relaxing, and a Weber barbecue for preparing delicious grilled meals.



Additionally, the house offers two private parking spaces: one in a covered garage and another outdoors within the property.
