    The villa, recently built and tastefully furnished, features an open-plan kitchen and living room on the ground floor with direct access to a private heated saltwater pool and a beautifully landscaped garden. There’s also a bedroom with a separate bathroom and a guest toilet on the ground floor.



    On the first floor, you’ll find three more bedrooms, each with a large balcony and breathtaking views. The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with a shower and bath, while the other two double bedrooms share a bathroom.



    The outdoor space is perfect for dining and relaxation, with a BBQ and seating for 8 guests on the terrace. You can also unwind in the garden by the pool.



    Each room is equipped with a TV offering international channels and Wi-Fi. The villa has private parking for one car, plus additional street parking. Whether you're here to relax or enjoy golf, this villa offers the ultimate holiday experience.



    You can drive to Marbella town in 10 minutes, to Malaga airport in 30 minutes and to Puerto Banus in 15 minutes. There are many beautiful sandy beaches nearby. The nearest beach is less than 5 minutes drive, where the famous beach clubs such as Los Monteros La Cabane, Nosso, Luuma and the famous Trocadero Arena Beach Club are located. The Royal Tennis Club Marbella is also a 5-minute drive away, offering tennis, padel and gym facilities.



    The urbanisation, made up of 24 detached houses, is fenced and secured with an entrance gate and 24-hour security. The villa has an alarm system and is in contact with the security team of the urbanisation.
