Had a lovely week at playas del duque , great weather and a fantastic location. My sixth visit to this complex over the last ten years. Marina 5 minute walk with lots of restaurants and bars which is great. Apartment was nice but second bedroom s bit smaller than we thought. A midweek clean of the apartment through our stay even if charged for would have been nice but in all a lovely break.

This apartment is beautifully furnished and decorated, very stylish. It has a large terrace which overlooks the lush gardens, however we did note that during our visit(March) the terrace does not get any sun. Easy walking access to shops and restaurants. Staff at Banus Rentals are very helpful and friendly.

The apartment was great, clean, spacious, modern and in a great location. The kitchen had everything you could need and the beds were really comfy. The grounds are amazing and extremely well looked after, they also open up straight onto the beach at one exit and into the town at the other, the whole complex is really secure with key fob access and parking is a massive plus! Banus Rentals were really friendly and helpful throughout and showed us to the apartment and answered any questions right away. We wouldn’t hesitate recommending the apartment or Banus Rentals to anyone.
