Locrimar Phase V offers beautifully maintained tropical gardens, sun loungers and two outdoor communal swimming pools.



Important: the pools are seasonal and are usually open from 16 June to 15 September, from 10:00 to 21:00. Opening dates and times are determined by the community and may be subject to change.

Located close to Puerto Banús, the apartment provides easy access to Marbella's beaches, seafront promenade, restaurants, beach clubs, boutiques, supermarkets and shopping areas.



Puerto Banús is approximately a 15–20 minute walk away, and the property offers convenient access to the A-7.

A security deposit is required. The amount is specified in the booking conditions and will be fully refunded after departure, provided the property is left in good condition and the house rules have been respected.
