“Good location. just 3 mins walk to Old Town. Parking fee around 14 Euro per night, reasonable. We stayed in Room with sea view, Room and Bathroom were large, comfortable stay! Breakfast buffet was great with various selection. We choose the seat at outdoor with tent covered. We enjoyed the seaview so much”

Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen das macht das gesamte Resort aber wieder weg. Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und vor allem die herzliche Art der Mitarbeiter war sehr angenehm. Wir würden als Familie wieder kommen und haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.”

“I suppose the kindest thing to say is that The Monkey Room is a "work in progress". The hotel/hostal is right in the centre of Marbella Old Town and although it sets out in adverts to be "chic" and "cool" it has a long way to go. While I was there a workman was on site preparing another cubby hole as a bedroom and I think my room was only half-finished. The nights were cold and only a single sheet covered the bed and, after moving my room to the one in the photo (instead of on the roof) I found……

“Heating insufficient and hotel did not answer my questions about that. Shower moldy and broken, we did not dare use it. Toilet unusable for a normal size person, the sink blocks you from sitting down (my wife was able to squeeze in diagonally). In general the room was in a state of disrepair and absolutely nothing like the pictures of the room we had booked. STAY AWAY”

“This property should not be considered as hotel, pictures that they put on the website is totally deceiving, we could not stay in the so called hotel, due to poor location and condition, we had to rent another hotel for our vacation! And we lost $260 that we paid for 2 nights! Just stay away from this location if you’re looking for a decent hotel!”
