Adjacent to it, the fully equipped kitchen features an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a dishwasher, and a microwave, making it ideal for preparing meals during your stay. A separate WC is also located on this level for added convenience. The upper floor hosts all 3 bedrooms, each fitted with its own air conditioning unit to ensure a comfortable rest at any time of year. 2 of the bedrooms are each furnished with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the third bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The upper floor also features 2 bathrooms, each with a WC, serving all guests with ease. Completing the property, a 20 m2 terrace with a south-west facing orientation offers pleasant outdoor living space furnished with terrace furniture and a delightful view of the garden.
