Had some issues with cleanliness, in the middle of first night we found some bed bugs, the staff changed rooms, but we had to kill 6-7 roaches on the new room. We told housekeeping the next morning but the room was not serviced during the day . Not the best experience. Probably will not stay there again.

There was duct tape on the floor holding it together. Roaches came out when the lights came on in the bathroom. Killed 6 of them trying to use the bathroom.

One of the big issues was the insects in the room. I stepped on at least 3-4 insects, one of which was surely a tick. The TV is a nightmare. My controller worked about 70% of the time----having to turn off and on to get functional. There was NO GUIDE so one had to troll the entire options to find what I was looking for! One gets the feeling that there is a major PROFIT first mentality!

Planned to stay 2 nights, but had to leave after one. Our room had roaches running around, and the sink drain was plugged with hair and would not drain. The TV was old and had only analog/OTA channels. The remote did not operate the TV, but the staff did provide another that did. There wasn't a hair dryer in the room, but the desk clerk provided an old wall mount one from an ADA compliant room. Pictures and short video attached showing roaches and sink drain. Upon checking out and showing the desk clerk the pictures, she issued us a refund notice for the 2nd night, and said she would notify the owner/manager. I will be filing a request for the refund with Expedia today.

Had a late check in there was someone there to check me in with minimal wait. That was a plus. Room was decent size. I do not believe room was completely cleaned, pillowcases on one bed smelled used. Shower curtain had mold on it, did not feel comfortable taking shower in it . Even though motel said smoke free smelled of smoke. Would not stay there again.

The room was clean but the entire hotel smelled like marijuana the entire visit. They do not offer breakfast but do offer a coffee bar in the mornings. The staff were very friendly. Not too bad for the price.
