    Enjoy the trail of stairs down to the water for some fishing or relaxation on the dock.
    Prepare meals in the fully stocked kitchen.
    Take in the of the views of the Marble Falls Bridge when it lights up at night. Be sure to keep an eye out for a visit from deer, fox, raccoons, and armadillos.

Wonderful Place

This property is a clean and very comfortable mid century jewel perched on the high bank of the river. The view is beautiful! The back patio is a perfect place for a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The location is very convenient too. Walking distance to eateries and downtown. Just wonderful, all the way around.

Wonderful views!

My family had a great week in this home. The house had nice views of the river. It is close to many restaurants, including the Bluebonnet Cafe! While there, cats and wrens visited our porch. There were extra supplies and even treats! I recommend this to anyone!

Girls Trip

I was very cute property right on the water!! The house is very cute not far from downtown Marble Falls!! Had plenty of everything we needed towels and ironing board , washer and dryer!! Also had plenty of seating outside. There was four of us and very comfortable. would highly recommend it.

Great location and views of the lake

We had a great time as the house is exactly as expected. It's a great location in town with fantastic lake views. Beds were comfy and the kitchen has all the essentials. We'll definitely stay again!
