Enjoy a family get away in this brand-new lake cottage just steps away from beautiful Lake Erie. Brand new appliances including a Washer and Dryer. Relax and enjoy all the amenities this location has to offer including private beach and onsite restaurant. Beautiful Community pool, Clubhouse with gym and Sauna. Close to Cedar Point, Kelley's Island and Put in Bay Ferry lines and charming downtown Lakeside.

**Phase 2 homes still under construction on the property. Maximum occupancy 6 guests (including kids).

Beautiful place! Clear instructions for check-in. Coffee bar was great and kitchen had everything we needed. Pool was conveniently located and the fitness center was great. Would recommend a golf cart rental if planning to spend days at the beach(which was a great spot and where we spent a lot of time). Loved the screened in screened in porch as it kept the bugs out and was a great place for socializing. Had a wonderful experience and would recommend to friends and family.

Annual family reunion

The property is beautiful as are the grounds and access to amenities. Highly recommend it. Tracy is a fabulous host, every detail was attended to. Loved the coffee bar she set up. So cute.
