"We spent 3 days hiking in the Northern Cascades; Rainbow house Annex was perfectly situated for all three days. The kitchen was well outfitted for cooking a hearty breakfast each day. The grill was a welcome site fir a steak dinner on Saturday.The accommodation s were clean, comfortable, and provided an expansive view of a couple of farmsteads with a mountainous backdrop.A wonderful weekend!"

"Very well decorated with quality items making for a cozy environment for 2. The bed was comfortable, and don't let the lack of electricity fool you... heat, hot water, a stove, and a refrigerator worked fine. The forest environment surrounded us as the warmth of the gas fire pit kept us warm. If you arrive prior to 4pm, the office staff just inside the gate directed us with a map. We were a bit late, and Moss Top was quite difficult to find. Northern Cascades National Park and Route 20 was close, but there were few amenities. We enjoyed being "off the grid.""

"The Rainbow House in Marblemount was one of the most memorable stays our family of six has ever had. The home is cozy, spotless, and beautifully maintained. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms—one with a bunk bed and another with two double beds and a connected bathroom with a tub. The kids loved watching the sunset from the upstairs porch and were thrilled to spot a fawn and her doe several evenings in a row. Downstairs features another bedroom and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, which became our preferred spot for bathing. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the living room was perfect for unwinding after full days of exploring. The laundry area, located in the detached garage, was a huge bonus—especially with an extra toilet available there. There is also a separate rental unit attached to the garage, but even if occupied, the layout is well-designed and still feels very private. The laundry is shared between the two units on a first-come, first-served basis, but we were the only renters and wouldn’t anticipate any issues even if it were shared. The space is thoughtfully planned—just be courteous if both units are in use, again total private spaces. The home is just minutes from the North Cascades entrance and is well-equipped with AC and fans to keep things cool and comfortable. We highly recommend the Rainbow House—it exceeded all expectations. The pictures don’t do it justice, and we’d return in a heartbeat!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at this fun one-bedroom cabin! It’s the perfect size for two people, with a comfy bed, a well-equipped kitchen, and a cozy living area to unwind after a day of hiking. Having Wifi with DirectTV was so nice to veg out after a long day.The location is fantastic for US20 or Cascade Pass which made it so easy get an early start on the trails. We spent our days exploring Cascade Pass (we saw mountain goats!), Thunder Creek, and Washington Pass and it was awesome to return to this place of our own. We can’t wait to come back!"
