"The staff didn’t really interact beyond picking their head up and a small hello when I went by. The hotel rooms are loud. You can hear the people next to you very easily and the ac/heat unit turning on can wake you out of a dead sleep. Breakfast was standard and had a clean area. "

I called ahead because I needed a few papers printed, and when I arrived late, Loren already had them prepared for me and happily helped me out. I really appreciated the extra effort—small things like that make a big difference. Thank you to Loren and the team for the great service."

"A lovely hotel in the center of Alexandria. Everything looked just like the photos, the food at the restaurant was tasty, and the movie theater was a nice touch. Only downsides would be that service at the restaurant could have been better, and the room did not have complimentary tea like the sign mentioned. That being said, I would stay again."
