"Staff were fluent in English and exceptionally pleasant. Safely stored our luggage as we arrived easily and stayed late. Amazing breakfast with various meats, cheeses, yogurt, granola, abundant pastries and barista crafted espresso/cappuccinos included. Most wonderful stay and best value!!"

"I’ve stayed at the Smeraldo many times, this time was no disappointment. Rooms always great and spotlessly clean. Breakfast an amazing selection of delights and an especially a large collection of cakes. This time for the very first time I tried out the spa in the basement. This was an amazing experience. Saunas, steam room, ice and cold water room, a salt bath and also jacuzzi type baths. Felt super relaxed afterwards."

"After years of many hotels while visiting Italy coming to Pesaro where I lived for a few months has always felt like home. This time I stayed in a hotel and chose Charlie. A very good location on the sea and has all the amenities. High points for me: Great pool complex, Lovely staff Super breakfast room offering inside or out. For me I could find my special breakfast..good cereals, extras for the muesli like nuts, dried fruit pieces as well as fresh fruit. Pastries that tasted freshly baked..they probably were! Great range of teas and coffee. My only disappointment was the lack of a rowing machine in the Technogym equipped gym. Enough to say I’ll be back. All boxes ticked"

"The hotel and staff were fantastic. But there is a hidden secret. Walk out of the hotel to the ocean front. Turn right and up and over the garden, down a short path and left at the caravan park and you will come across the best beach bar ever. La Spiaggina. The owner is a great young man who works very hard. They are helpful. And Kind. THIS IS A MUST VISIT BAR"

"Great location in the centre, near the bus station and at most 30 min walk from most attractions. Very clean and well maintained. Breakfast is great - fruit, yogurt, cereal, meat, cheese, salad, pastries, bread, cake, juice, water, coffee. Most staff were lovely, some could learn to smile or at least pretend to be happy."

"The room was fine, although there were some loud people upstairs slamming doors all night. The hotel is very beautiful with a wonderful view. However, the food was terrible and the service was also awful for dinner. Breakfast was a different story with lots of choices and wonderful food."
