Horrorhaus. José ist freundlich, ja. Die Natur und Lage sind auch top. Das war es aber auch an Positivem.Das Haus hat unangenehm gerochen. Wir mussten erstmal selbst putzen, um uns ansatzweise wohl zu fühlen. Alles voll gestellt mit altem Kram. Nicht einmal die Kleiderschränke nutzbar. Die Haustür hat sich von selbst verschlossen! Man muss also immer den Schlüssel bei sich tragen, wenn man sich auch im Garten bewegt.Ich empfehle keinem hier zu buchen.

Nos vacances au Portugal

Pour notre 1er séjour au Portugal, nous n'aurions pas rêver mieux ! José a était au petit soin pour nous. Toujours disponible. La maison est a l'écart de la ville ainsi que des voisins. Pas de vis a vis parfait quand on aime la nature ! Toutes les photos correspondent sauf le coin bassin qui n'existe plus. Piscine privée très agréable. Merci José.

Magnifique séjour

Très jolie maison rustique, très bien équipée et vue magnifique. Les villes aux alentours sont très jolies ainsi que les paysages. Proche de Porto. La piscine est un vrai plus. Les propriétaires sont vraiment adorables. Merci pour tout!

Leuk huis op een mooie locatie met prachtig uitzicht. Helaas viel de schoonmaak wat tegen en waren de bedden voor ons erg hard. Verder alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt.

Des vacances au calme

Nous avons passer 15 jours fabuleux. Grande maison pour 6 personnes. Piscine a l'eau de source très appréciable pour se rafraîchir. José ( le propriétaire) est formidable , d'une extrême gentillesse et toujours joignable. Je recommande a 100% cette maison avec vue sur la vallée et très au calme. Encore un énorme merci à José pour sa confiance et son extrême gentillesse. Nous reviendrons c'est certain.

Nous avons réservé cette maison pour la taille du jardin et la piscine hors sur ces deux points c etait horrible avec une piscine impraticable et cela des l arrivée sur place au vue de l etat sanitaire de celle ci impossible de laisser les enfants se baigner .Nous avons alerter le gérant qui nous informer que c etait normal cependant le flux de la piscine ne s effectuant pas le filtrage ne pouvait se faire correctement. Pour ce qui est du jardin ils n est pas entretenu et seulement 5% est exploitable sur les 5000m². Les photos du site abritel sont clairement trompeuses et doivent dater de plusieurs années. Nous n aurions jamais loué si les photos actuelles étaient présentées. En ce qui concerne la maison c est correct . Nous attendons un dédommagement par un remboursement pour le préjudice de la part d abritel car c est de votre devoir de contrôler les maisons et cohérences des photos présentés par l hote. Bien cordialement

Excellent sejour au calme et dans la nature

Excellent sejour, le logement est propre et spacieux. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un séjour tranquille au calme et en pleine nature. La maison est entourée par les bois. La piscine est très agréable et a l'eau de source. Le coin barbecue très sympa. nous sommes venus avec 3 chiens qui se sont régalés de l'espace autour de la maison. La literie est impeccable. le propriétaire très sympathique et très disponible. la région est très belle avec de jolie endroit a visiter comme les ruines romaines pas très loin. Nous reviendrons certainement et rapidement. je recommande fortement ce lieu.

fraca recepção..quando cheguei ao alojamento ninguém se encontrava a minha espera , eu tive de procurar por informações sobre o gestor nas casas perto da casa que aluguei,a casa tinha muita falta de limpeza, cheiro a mofo toalhas com cheiro a mofo , eu tive de fazer alguma limpeza para poder estar mais ou menos nos dias que aluguei a casa..

Great house in the countryside

This spacious country house is located on a hill with no direct neighbours and has a nice view. It is foreseen with a private pool. The house was very clean and is well equipped. We had a very nice stay here and visited Porto, Braga and Amarante, all about 45 mts drive.

A great property in the beautiful Portuguese countryside. I would thoroughly recommend Casa de Mata.

My family and I had a wonderful 2 week holiday in Casa De Mata. We love the peace and tranquility of the environment. The house and garden had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Jose could not have been more friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this property if relaxing and spending time together as a family is what you want from a holiday.
