Great Beachview Geataway!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at our Beachview Condo. Our unit B206 was totally updated, clean and well- appointed with everything we needed for our two month winter getaway. We enjoyed making new friends with all of our neighbors and had lots of fun at the weekly social hour pitch-in by the pool. The beach access was so close that we enjoyed many walks on the beach and beautiful sunsets. We already signed up for next year and can’t wait to enjoy another visit to Marco Island!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family stayed here for a month. The condo is extremely large, well appointed, immaculate and beds are so comfortable. There is no hot tub which was advertised. The neighbours below are very picky about your water useage and complain if you do laundry or run the dishwasher outside of business hours, which was a huge impediment to our daily living.The condo itself is 5 stars but the residents who live here are old and crotchety. The pool area was like a library, it was so quiet I felt embarassed to even splash. Not reco.mended for young families, maybe geared toward a retiree.
