It was a beautiful home in an equally beautiful neighborhood. Quiet clean, and spacious with a nice privacy hedge surrounding the back of the property. We greatly enjoyed the pool after a day of fun in the surrounding areas, as there is plenty to do in the Naples, Marco Island towns. It was a pleasant walk to the beach with shops along the way. I would definitely recommend staying here and would come back in future trips.

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Marco Island. Great location from the beach and nearby shopping, but also an ideal place to relax. Everyone loved the pool and outdoor area. Even the quality of the mattresses gets a thumbs up from a picky crowd. Would definitely revisit the area and this home! Thanks!

Wow, what a great spot to vacation! This place had all a family would want. The house was very clean the pool was the best kids loved it! Definitely going back. The location is nice and quiet and close to the beach for walking. Loved it!!

We had a great week on Marco Island! The property was stocked with everything we needed and more! We were super happy with all of the beach equipment (wagon, chairs, umbrella, coolers) that was provided! House was super clean and management responded to any questions we had very quickly!

Wonderful Vacation Home

We just returned from our first trip to Marco Island and we had a great time! 1010 Mendel is a wonderful property - spacious, modern furnishings and appliances and very well appointed. We spent most of our time in the outdoor pool and patio. Very close access to the beach, as well. Would definitely return!

Great location/neighborhood

We loved the location of this property - an easy walk to some of our favorite restaurants and access to beach. We went on daily beach walks. The house itself is spacious. Very comfortable set up in the living room for evenings. The pool/outdoor space is fantastic ... very clean grill (so appreciated). We had an issue with a clogged drain in the 2nd bath shower. The management company had someone over within 30 min - thank you!! Minor notes- could use new beach towels and the tv outside is broken (large black streaks in the picture). Could have been damaged in hurricane. Generally, a nice property with a location that cant be beat.

Family Beach Trip

Everything about this property was great! We loved the pool and the house layout was just as described. The walk to the beach was not too bad…it was a bit long for my parents and young son. But, it overall it was totally worth it because the beach was beautiful. I would definitely recommend this property. Beach equipment and a much used beach wagon were very helpful! The only disappointing part was the sitting area next to the pool. The cushions and rug were very worn and took away from the rest of the property that was absolutely gorgeous. It didn’t take away from the wonderful time we had, it just would’ve been nice to be able to sit there. But, the rest of the outdoor furniture was great so we just sat there instead. This was a amazing vacation and would love to visit here again.
