The Space:
Experience the Magic of Marco Island in your new 4-bedroom 4-bathroom home in the heart of Marco Island. As you want into the grand and open foyer, large glass windows and doors invite you to take in the beautiful views of your heated pool, spa, and canal.

As you walk in you will have your first bedroom with two twin beds and your very own den. The den has a desk and day bed.

Your master en suite sits on the east side of the home. Spacious bedroom with a king bed, large SmartTv, walk in closets, and stunning master bedroom. Your bathroom has a soaking tub, oversized walk-in tile shower, and double vanity.

Making our way back into the living area, your large Smart TV sits over an electric fireplace to make you feel cozy and right at home.

Pick up local fish filets from Lee's (if you know, you know!) and grill them on your outdoor grill or take advance of your large kitchen that is equipped with everything you need! Large walk-in pantry. Your kitchen is also equipped with your own wine cooler so bring your favorite, red, white, or bubbly!

The next area of the house brings us to the other two bedrooms and bathroom. Your second guest room has it's own lanai access, private bathroom, walk in shower, king bed, walk in closet and Smart TV. Your fourth bedroom has a queen bed and is next to the last bathroom that has a shower/tub combo. Full size washer and dryer included.

We also have beach towels, beach chairs, beach wagon, beach umbrella, sand toys, 2 adult bikes, 2 children's bikes, and more!

We are walking distance to some of Marco's famous restaurants! A new favorite, Doreen's cup of Joe for breakfast and lunch or Sushi by KJ for dinner!
