"It’s a great property , the view is incredible."

"We were 2 families, each with 2 kids from 6-9 years old, 8 people in total and it was perfect for us, with lost of room and everything you need, the manager was always very helpful and fast in whatever we needed. Hope we can come back here again, perfect location close to everything but quiet at the same time."

"Loved our stay and cannot wait to go back. The location was great with lots to do in a walkable area."

"Great property, great location great service "

"I enjoyed my stay!"

"The place was really nice and the beach was at walking distance. The check in process is a little odd since nobody is there to welcome you they just hand you the keys and go. But other than that I was satisfied with the villa each room has their own bathroom and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook you do need to bring your own seasonings if you’re planning on cooking but the place was super clean will definitely recommend"

"Everything was perfect from check in all the way to check out. The property was spotless and we enjoyed it very much. The only thing I would definitely recommend is bring your own dominoes table because there isn’t one at the property."

"Just beautiful 😍"

"Thank you so much Virginie, we absolutely loved our stay in your home, everything was excellent. Alba Iris' service was excellent as well. We hope to return someday soon😁"

"So first we couldn’t find the villa, even the doorman of the community couldn’t help us, when we did find it, they wouldn’t want to give us the key, saying “they didn’t know we were coming”. We had to wait for someone to come and give us the keys after complaining. The villa is beautiful tho, the pool water was extremely cold, so we couldn’t get in it. To check out, we had to call them to come get the keys and they didn’t even know “we were leaving”. They thought we were leaving 3 days after. "

"I would NOT recommend staying at this property. We arrived at 8pm to the home and there was NO electricity. Not because the power was out in the neighborhood, but because nobody was there to check it and turn it back on with the company. There was also NO water. No water in the sinks and showers OR drinking water. Again, something that should have been checked BEFORE our arrival. When we tried to use the stove, that also didn't work. Turns out there was no gas. Also the WiFi did NOT...

"Todo bien "

"Nina and all the staff was excellent. Bartenders Jimmy and Christina were awesome!! Also Rosa and her staff was there for anything you needed. Would definitely come back again."

"My family of 18 had the most wonderful week at this gorgeous property in DR. The property is very spacious, has wonderful air conditioning in the bedrooms/bathrooms and has significant common space. The most amazing beach is right out front and felt very safe for all of us. Jochi and Fernando cooked us wonderful meals each night and were so kind. We highly recommend this rental and hope to return in the future."

"Beautiful place and great housekeeping team."
