「Great house with well appointed and large bedrooms. Everything was clean and in good condition. We had an issue with hot water that they fixed quickly. Staff was great - Cooke breakfast for us every morning. Walk to the beach is easy. It’s the neighborhood beach (Ballenas) which is more local as opposed to more touristy Bonita. Bonita is a 20 minute drive even though it looks super close on the map. Would stay here again!」

「Our stay at Villa Coco Mar was fantastic! The grounds are kept well and the property is beautiful. I stayed in the second building and had my own outdoor shower which I thought was pretty nice. The bidet didn’t really work on the toilet but the rest of the room was clean and comfortable with its own AC. Plenty of space in the room and the bed was comfortable. we had 19 people in our group and this was the perfect place to feel relaxed. Most of our time was spent by the pool and the kitchen area....

「The Villa area is ideal with restaurants within walking distance although the villa Chef service was amazing.Very welcoming, check-in and check-out was simple and worry free. 「Beautiful villa, well furnished and equipped, good location. The road to get there is very steep and you have to reverse several times due to the sharp turns. The wifi is very poor and at times nonexistent. The bathrooms could have some basic things like shower gel. 「So first we couldn’t find the villa, even the doorman of the community couldn’t help us, when we did find it, they wouldn’t want to give us the key, saying “they didn’t know we were coming”. We had to wait for someone to come and give us the keys after complaining. The villa is beautiful tho, the pool water was extremely cold, so we couldn’t get in it. 「I would NOT recommend staying at this property. We arrived at 8pm to the home and there was NO electricity. Not because the power was out in the neighborhood, but because nobody was there to check it and turn it back on with the company. There was also NO water. 「We had a large group of 18. The rooms were all cleaned each day. We had one a/c unit go out and a new one was installed that day. The pool and hot tub were cleaned each day as well. 「Ana from the start provided quick ongoing communication. We did not have electricity which was not her fault however generator back up was not very reliable. Highly suggest since this is a regular occurance that you provide candles/flash lights or suggest to your guest that they bring these itmes with them.
