Nice hotel with good breakfast.

Nice place and nice stay. It is high up so if you plan to walk you will have some uphill climbing. Breakfast was good. Spa hours shorter on weekends so plan accordingly. One issue if you have a room without a terrace it is difficult to get air into the room due to the design of the windows and it can get hot when the sun is on your side of the building.

Marienbad ist wunderschön, freundliches Personal im Hotel, Auswahl am frühstück Okay Abendessen buffet wenig Auswahl, Wellnessbereich mangelhaft Sauna viel zu klein kaum platz für zwei. Parken 5 Euro + 3 Euro für Tee im Zimmer extra pro tag. Kein Kühlschrank und keine Getränke im Zimmer.

Feste Buchung und dann ausgebucht

Hatte eine feste Buchung, wurde bestätigt und von mir sofort über Kreditkarte bezahlt. Kam im Hotel an, wir sind ausgebucht, ich hätte zu spät gebucht, ich sollte in ein anderes Hotel wechseln, welches 35 € mehr kosten würde. Das Hotel würde kein Schuld haben, es wäre ausgebucht. Es nach langen Verhandlungen in mehreren Sprachen und Rücksprache mit dem Direktor habe ich dann ein Upgrade ein eine höhere Klasse bekommen. So einen Stress über 1 Stunde möchte ich nicht mehr haben.

Obwohl wir viel zu früh ankamen (statt um 14.00 Uhr schon um 9.45 Uhr) sind wir sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit empfangen worden und konnten unser Zimmer fünfzehn Minuten schon beziehen. Es ist ein sehr ruhiges Hotel. Sehr geeignet für Wellness und Entspannung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das gesamte Personal spricht sehr gut Deutsch und ist überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Kleines nettes Hotel

An der Reception die Dame ist hervorragend und kompetent. Das Zimmer ist einfach und ausreichend ausgestattet . War sehr sauber beim Einzug.Betten und Mülleimer geleert wurden nur bei unseren Aufenthalt gemacht. Die SPA Einrichtung ist hervorragend.Haben auch fast alles mitgemacht. Der Essensaal ist überschaubar und heimelig.Das Essen ist sehr gut--Frühstück-Abendessen. Einzig mango war die Silvesterfeier.War gar nichts.

matig, overdreven in beschrijving

bij binnenkomst bleek dat reservering niet aanwezig was, kon ze overtuigen door mijn bevestigingsmail, maar werd knap moeilijk gedaan omdat er geen plaats was. ( hotel was amper bezet) pas op avond voor we vertrokken was er een grote groep gekomen. Heb dus een andere kamer als afgesproken gekregen zonder balkon wat jammer was. Geen park uitzicht niet aan voor of achterzijde. In opgave aparte rokersruimte was niet aanwezig. veel trappen voor je aan de lobby bent. lobby receptie oubollig en sterk veroudert. De kamers waren ruim, bed was goed, maar zitje met harde eetkamerstoelen is niet prettig. Bad (geen douche) was zeer klein. Overigens wel alles schoon. Handdoeken en stukje zeep aanwezig op badkamer verder niets. Zo zie je dat foto's niet alles zeggen. Ontbijt was matig, weinig keus sinaasappelsap smaakte naar water met ranja.
