"I can't say enough nice things about the property - the staff, the view, the food, the amenities all surpassed our expectations. Such a great price for a superb hotel. The Rooftop Garden pools, gym, restaurant and cabanas (and did I mention the amazing view?) The staff and servers were especially helpful and pleasant, and Francisco was especially cheerful and helpful and so tolerant of our rookie Spanish! Definitely recommended!"

"It was OK. Food was good overall and pool was nice and well maintained. That said, hotels.com advertises $400 for use in the hotel and that was one of the main drivers for choosing this hotel vs others. Upon arrival it turns out it is 16 $25 coupons WHEN YOU SPEND $100. Coupons can't be used together so they are almost useless. The breakfast got super crowded due to being 1 restaurant for the whole hotel. And they were very unflexible with dinner reservations."

"My wife and I are 70 and loved the amenities, food choices, and quality. The evening piano performers, bands before and after the main evening shows were enjoyable. The Kahoot quiz games were not enjoyable, as the ones we sat in on seemed focused on questions about RIU and its service offerings, resulting in more of a sales pitch than an audience game. Pool staff was very helpful in service as well as providing umbrellas when people didn't have one near their lounges. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful without exception."

"The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The food was amazing, especially the Japanese cuisine. Our room was cleaned every day as well as ensuring our mini fridge was restocked accordingly. 10/10 recommend."
