Our room was 1013 overlooking a next property parking lot. But, remember, we booked with Expedia. If we'd wanted a different room we could had paid bit more so we aren't unhappy

Due to recent troubles the hotel was way under capacity. They decided to open only some of the restaurants without informing us before we left despite being told they are all available. I understand why but there was zero accommodation. Probably should have cancelled. Will never return

Our room was facing the street, no balcony. It is a very quiet area. The pool has a warm temperature. The staff were wonderful people. There is a supermarket but you need to take a taxi 70 pesos or a bus 12 pesos. Downton is a 15 minutes walk, lots of restaurants. Lots of stores like 7/11 called ...

La descripción es buena, solo que hay muy mal olor en ciertas partes del hotel, en mi habitación olía a coladera todo el tiempo, dejé el balcón abierto toda mi estadía y aún así el olor era muy fuerte. Solo me dieron una botella de aromatizante y dijeron que dejara correr el agua…
