Wonderful

Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came. The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.

Our first room had a very musty smell, so bad we woke up ver stuffy and not feeling well. They moved us to another room. That room was better. the food at the resort was good. There wasn't enough activity for an all inclusive. There wasn't enough chairs at either pool. And never enough towels. Our flight home got cancelled and we asked if they could accommodate us longer and we never received an answer. The resort also needs some repairs on the walkways, many bricks were loose.

We had a wonderful honeymoon at Zoetry, the staff cared to make the experience memorable. Food was good, we enjoyed the daily specials at 1461. Room is beautiful, bed is comfy and we enjoyed the Le Labo products. We did not get to use our resort credit as hoped (you can only use on certain limited add-ons that will still be out of pocket), which would have been nice.

I don't recommend zoetry marigot bay. Very disorganised. Didn't receive basic services and amenities advertised. Some staff were incredible and food was excellent but overall, not worth the luxury price tag. Our room was poorly put together, some of the plug sockets were dangerous. The toilet flush didn't work properly. Our key cards expired twice. One occasion was shortly before checkout, we returned to our room after breakfast to get our bags and check out, but the card had expired. My partner had to run down the two flights of stairs, down the steep slope, and the long path down to reception. Wait in the long queue at front desk to be seen, then run back along the long path and up the steep slope and stairs to get our bags, and then run all the way back to the front desk to check out in time. This was very physically and mentally stressful. When we arrived our room wasn't properly prepared, we didn't receive the advertised complementary bottle of rum, our drinks fridge was not restocked at all during our stay despite seeing staff visiting other rooms nearby with drinks and water bottles. We asked, via the app, and via the concierge, for drinks and water to be delivered to the room but found we had to ask several times each day to receive them. Events schedule was inaccurate and underwhelming: wrist artistry is bracelet making, golden hour ceremony is champagne by the harbour. The complimenty laundry service returned our clothes unwashed, we had to send them back.

We spent our first wedding anniversary here, and it was a truly relaxing and welcoming stay. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and offered complimentary fruit punch, which set the tone for the entire experience. Our butler, Ferguson, was extremely accommodating, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. The staff at the Cove—especially Tonya—were absolutely wonderful. As we only eat halal meat, we needed a few adjustments to the menu, and they were more than happy to accommodate our dietary needs. The two ladies at Hurricane Hole were also very kind and attentive in ensuring our meals met our requirements. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. Every member of staff was incredible, and we truly felt cared for during such a special milestone.

This was a beautiful property with excellent service. Everyone was exceptionally kind, offering not only service but history of the island, excursion ideas, dinner options etc. Ernie was so wonderful to just stop and chat with on a daily basis. We loved the Rum cave experience with Carla! It was excellent and Rashida, Tammy and a host of others made dining a pleasure- so accommodating. Lastly Ella was so fun to talk to and helped with booking our transportation and excursions. My only drawback was the bathroom in the room needed an upgrade. But other than that it was an awesome way to start the new year! Would definitely recommend

Staff members were great and accommodating. We were stranded on the island after the Venezuela incident occurred and the manager and concierge assisted us with reduce room rates and keeping us posted about flight information and alternate travel information. We could not leave the island due all airports shut down. Rooms were dated but acceptable. Had fun on all of excursion ( the sea and land tour, New Year's eve festivities, Sunset cruise and Downtown street party). This trip was to celebrate my 55 th Birthday. Even with the traveling incident , we had a BLAST!!!!!

I stayed at this hotel last week while on vacation. The staff were truly amazing very friendly, helpful, and professional. They are the only reason I’m giving this place two stars. However, the hotel itself was very boring. There were no activities by the pool to do during the day, so it felt quiet and lifeless. My biggest issue was the food. Every single day it was the same menu. I was literally eating the same meals over and over. The food was not very good, especially for a vacation resort. Room service was also a problem it took nearly two hours for food to arrive, which is unacceptable. The buffet was extremely disappointing. At most resorts, you can walk up, choose from many options, and serve yourself. Here, there was very little variety. Compared to other hotels, this buffet felt very limited and low quality.

Easily the worst “luxury” resort experience I’ve ever had. Zoëtry Marigot Bay should be embarrassed to operate under that label. From start to finish, the stay was defined by frustration, incompetence, and apathy. Customer service was forgetful, disengaged, and visibly miserable. Requests were “noted” and then ignored, follow-ups went unanswered, and promises were routinely broken. Communication between departments was horrendous, creating constant confusion. For a resort charging premium prices, this level of dysfunction is unacceptable. At times it genuinely felt like staff hated their jobs and made that everyone else’s problem. There was no warmth or hospitality—just indifference and robotic responses. Based on operational standards alone, this place should not be running as-is. Room service was particularly alarming. Staff entered the room without knocking, a shocking violation of privacy and basic hotel etiquette, paired with a careless, nonchalant attitude. The only saving grace was the Food & Beverage team. The chefs and F&B managers were professional, attentive, and competent, and the food was excellent. They were the only people who seemed to understand what hospitality actually means. Zoëtry Marigot Bay is a textbook case of overpromising and catastrophically underdelivering. Save your money and stay elsewhere.
