「It's been a while since we stayed there and always stayed on top floor before.
My husband has a bad back and can't do the stairs so I requested a downstairs room.
From the time the people upstairs came and through most of the night, it sounded like
they were stomping back and forth in their room. Was really disturbing in the middle of the night.
The hotel was sold out so I knew we couldn't exchange rooms.

「The room was clean and comfortable, however I was placed in a room that had a lot of loud noise (maybe washers?) going all night. It was constant noise. In addition to that, the TV never turned completely off. When I turned it off it maintained a backlight in it and never went dark. Between the noise and the lit up TV, I did not sleep at all.
I chose Fairfield because it was highly recommended to me, so I was very disappointed.」

She oversaw breakfast and made sure everyone got their orders right away.
