“The beds in this rooms were rock hard. When we had a problem in our room we were told there was staff that would be available and when we went to get them they were so rude and not helpful and basically told us to go away. The beaches are nice and they have a beautiful playground for kids and some other staff were very nice”
“Breakfast was good. Rooms were small. They were in the middle of renovation so there were open ceilings and wires. The front staff was very helpful and kind.”
“We loved the location of this hotel. All of the historical landmarks are within walking distance . The hotel is amazing and interesting. Built in he 1400's as a home for a wealthy family. Huge beautiful Murano glass chandelier, frescoes, wood beamed ceilings, huge rooms and common areas, delicious breakfast included, a restaurant and bar.”
“预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！”
