What a wonderful establishment! They were kind, helpful, and a pleasure to be around! We had difficulty getting train service to Ravenna and they were very accommodating with the shuttle service after multiple time changes!
Dinner was delicious! Wine perfect! Our room was clean, well stocked, and comfortable! This hotel is a perfect place to stay before a cruise out of Ravenna! I highly recommend this hotel

The staff was incredibly helpful. The lovely lady at the front desk even helped us order a pizza so we could have our authentic Italian pizza experience. Since we lost our luggage the front desk also helped us arrange a taxi to get us to a local mall to replace some of our clothes. The rooms were nice and clean and comfortable. It was so nice that the water, sodas and snacks were included. We would stay again.
