The ground floor apartment offers space for up to three people on approximately 26 m² and impresses with its cosy living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchenette, dining table, refrigerator, freezer compartment, electric cooker, and kettle. The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a single bed. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and washbasin.
The accommodation includes a 20 m² partially covered terrace with a table, chairs, and a parasol – ideal for outdoor breakfasts or relaxed evenings. From here, you can directly access the green courtyard with a lawn and cosy shaded spots.
The house is located in a central location, just a few steps away from a supermarket, a bakery, and two restaurants. Guests can, upon request, taste local products such as homemade olive oil, figs, or brandy. A secure parking space is available directly at the house - also for boat trailers. Upon request, a berth in the nearby harbour (approx. 100 m away) can be used.
The environment offers numerous leisure activities: swimming, diving, windsurfing, boat trips, cycling or walks along the coast. Several beaches with gravel and fine gravel are accessible within a few minutes.
