「Very disappointed with our recent visit. Our encounter with office staff was not welcoming at all. An unwelcome tone no matter what the question or concern was she was rude and not accommodating at all. No sense of compassion or understanding. Our room was booked 4 months ago...never saw that the pool was closed for renovations. In person the office staff just quoted that Facebook had the update of pool closure. Searching through the Facebook page I found the pool closure (and yes 1 post..17...

「No housekeeping, water park not on property, had to carry own linen bags everyday of the week from across the street to our room. Was not ocean front, air rarely worked and it was HOT in the room. Did not see a housekeeper the whole entire time and did not have a phone to call for any type of assistance. Front desk that was located at the leg and were rude and not helpful at all. Seemed like they did not want to be bothered.」

「My wife said, “It’s both the best and worst of a rental.” That’s accurate. The good: The layout, cleanliness, size, location and price were great. The bad: During checkout there was no parking as advertised and we had to use the overflow down the road. The code to the door didn’t work, but that was resolved relatively quickly. The TVs didn’t really work for different reasons. I was able to eventually fix one myself but we had to watch the World Cup in Spanish, which we don’t speak. The hot tub...

「The AC unit wouldn’t work properly. We had 3 fans going most of the time to just stay cool. The beach view was nice although it was from the side of the building. The pool was nice and the hot tubs were extremely warm. It was a nice stay. 」

「If you are looking for a place to lay down and sleep it was fine. There was no towels in this condo for 8. Hard to keep the floors swept with a half broom and no dust pan. We couldn't put the bedding in the laundry bag because there wasnt one. There was some sheets for the spare bed but no pillow cases. Room very out dated. Pool and lazy river was dirty. Could have been because of the fire works. Would not stay here again. I will find some where else for next time」

「The property was not as seen online communication was difficult and time delayed problem with tub was not resolved. We booked for 4 nights but left after the first. These and other issues caused us to checkout early and relocate to another resort. 」
