「The pictures do not do the home justice! It’s gorgeous! The bedrooms are huge! Very comfortable and clean. Encourage everyone to look up the history of Perryville during your stay!」

「Robin was a great host. She was there for my questions. And the room was just as stated and clean. We plan to stay again in the future. Thanks!!」

「This property was absolutely wonderful, very clean and a great location.」

「The property was exactly as described. We spent four days at this amazing place, intending to see the local area, which we did for two days. The other two days we enjoyed the peace and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of coffee and fresh bread. The space was clean and big enough for the two of us. Judith was available but not bothersome. We will definitely be back.」

「Hot tub was nuts lots of ticks tho scary」

「The house was beautiful. The bathrooms were clean. Excellent location for our bourbon tours. I’d absolutely stay here again.」

「The house was clean, comfortable, and very pleasant, located in a peaceful and welcoming setting. Downtown is just 10 minutes from the property, and although the town is small, it has everything you need, including Walmart, good restaurants, and great coffee shops. The host was extremely kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely love to come back!」

「I now understand why the hobbits thought Frodo and Bilbo were nuts for leaving the shire.」

「This cozy and quirky retreat is just minutes from Bernheim Forest and Bardstown, and my girlfriend especially liked the intimate vibe of the open floor plan. Very cool. I will be returning, and recommend this place to anyone wanting a quiet getaway. (I probably wouldn't take my kids here with me)」

「Beautiful property in the rolling hills of Kentucky. Great for couples as well as families. Very clean accommodations with tons of amenities. We stayed in the Wizard room which had serious Middle Earth vibes throughout. Property owners were regularly on site and very helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed. Bonuses; chickens on site provided fresh eggs, in room coffee, tea and hot cocoa service, extra large community hot tub, fire pit with swings around it, fitness room, charcoal...

「This place was incredible! So fun for littles! There were so many thoughtful details! They thought of everything at this place and we can’t wait to come back. Could not recommend this place enough for singles or families!」

「Worked great for a small family with a dog close to grocery / town and not far from the lake. Everything was in great shape and clean. Obviously cared for by the owners. Only thing missing was a spare blanket.」

「The peacefulness and beauty was amazing! Worth every penny and then some! Phillip is amazing he responds rapidly and is sincere about your needs...if you need a getaway to totally decompress this is the place peaceful and homey it's a gem!」
