Dirtiest hotel we've ever stayed at. No bed bugs... but a previous guests' food was left in the microwave when we and a previous guests' belt in the bathroom. Boogers or something sticky found in different places all over walls, shower curtains, dirt on the walls, stains on couches, holes in the sheets... The halls were smelly either like mildew, wet dog, cigarettes or other gross smells. Ice machine always had a towel below it. The place is simply not clean.

The Breakfast was great . AC/heat great ... my complaint is that I have been stay with the 2 Wyndhams in Marion for quite awhile. hoping they would go to bat for me with Expedia. I made a mistake in my 2 nights of reservation last Thursday (intended for check in 3/27 & check out 3/29) but accidently typed in 3/26 check in &3/28 checkout. instantly called and made the correction. Expedia pentalized me $105.55 + and wouldn't pardon me from that penality. Talked to 3 different agents and they said call back and we wiil straighten it out with Mr Turner.. last one said no. I like staying with Wyndam but disappointed.

We only booked this property for the pool so my kids could swim while we were in town for a competition. Found out after checking in that the pool was closed and by the looks of it the pool had been out of order for quite some time. This shouldn’t be included in the property photos or amenities if it’s not available.

Arrived after booking the room online. Went to check in and the receptionist explain to me that several housekeepers had called off. And a few rooms were not able to be cleaned. Do I mind getting a twobed room instead of a 1 king zize bed as requested. Im assuming the one i requested was also still not cleaned from the previous stayer. I explained to her that its fine I understand and I agreed. Hotel number 321 we walked in and it was not cleaned. I was so sleepy from traveling and work that I just went to bed but I took pictures the next morning when I woke up to have proof of towels that were already in here and used The bed i slept on and the bed the preavious people slept in... thank God there was one bed that wasn't touched and wasn't slept in. I have book rooms for the past two nights here. And am planning on booking more if not every day for a while but I hope I don't have this happen again specially for the money I pay. What I would like to know is how are we going to make this better
