Walls in the room was dirty. Couch stained. Shower stained. Wood on the furniture was severely damaged. And OMG I could not sleep paranoid over the bugs. 😩😩. I wish I could upload the pictures. Staff was polite to me but rude to others who complained about the conditions.

The room listed as non smoking, but the room smelled awful like smoke. Room was full of patched holes, cracks in the tile and window. The tub had rust spots. We only stayed there because all other hotels were sold out. Never again.

My room door did not lock. At all! No need for a key. The manager said it would be fine because there was a security camera in the hallway. Everytime i left my room, i had to take everything with me. I slept with the chair propped up against the door handle. Spend a few extra bucks and stay somewhere else.

Room wasn't terrible but the toilet ran all night. Some dirt in the corners. Only 3 pillows, no extra blankets. The linens and towels were thin and scratchy, cheapest possible toiletries. 6 people across the hall smoking pot. Not a great experience.

The pool was not open the gym was just a big storage room non functional the free breakfast consisted of bread and pancakes that tasted like well one bite and into the trash they went would only give us two towels that were paper thin the bed was nice but the pillows were terrible no phone no coffee pot don’t stay at this place there are other places in the immediate area even if they are half as bad as this place you’ll be doing better

Wi-Fi was very poor, bed was terrible, no tv remote, very limited tv stations. Door had to be slammed to close and got to listen to doors slamming all night, no night lights, 1 wash rag and 2 towels for a jacuzzi room, no cups, no ice bucket.

Will Not Stay Again
The room felt dirty, my shoes stuck to the carpet. The beds and measly pillows were horribly uncomfortable. The only towels provided were two hand towels. The pool was closed indefinitely.

Don’t expect breakfast when staying here. There was rotten oranges the whole week there and the milk and orange “juice” was reused every morning. They were only “open” during the week, and only for about 45 mins. Truly a joke of a free breakfast. Also the pool was closed. And the elevator had no paper work verifying inspection. I’m local and needed a place while my water pipes were being replaced. I recommend this place if you are just in the area tor a couple days. Just don’t expect what they describe.

So sad to leave such a poor review
This place is terribly outdated and needs to be brought up to code. It smelled musty and unwelcoming. While the staff was polite, the recommendation to just use the heating unit carefully despite the outlet being physically burned out is very concerning. I felt the need to check out immediately for my own safety!

Toilet over flowed in the floor and they just gave us a plunger and told us to keep it. The shower never would get hot water. The shower curtain did not come into the shower so the water went everywhere on the floor

I will not never stay there again the bathroom in my room was dirty had hair all over the floor,toilet and shower the toilet was dirty I told the front desk man and he acted as if I was lying and ask to come see for his self he did and saw the problem so he had house keeping clean the bathroom so they supposedly cleaned the bathroom but hair was still all over the place I was very upset with this situation

Worst yet
Check-in guy was surly. Room was dirty, stained sheets, soap holder in shower broken. Stairway carpeting was covered in stains. We took stairs because when taking elevator it made a concerning sound and had no inspection certificate anywhere inside, so we didn't feel safe. No coffee maker in room, morning coffee was cold as the weather outside. The TV remote didn't work, and the beds were the most uncomfortable ever, this weird combination of very soft and very hard. You have to experience to understand. Stay was so bad we didn't stay for breakfast as the hotel seemed to have cleanliness issues. I'm sure the manager will be very distraught to read this, but that place really should take these reviews to heart and do something about it. We go to that area a lot as we have a kid going to university nearby. We'll never stay at this place again.

It fell and looked pretty dirty. Was a hot tub room but the Jets in the hot tub barely worked. Hallway smell like marijuana.

Not as advertised or shown on web site
I reserved a room for three adults. There was only enough towels, wash cloths for 1. There was only one small bar of soap. There was nothing available to hang our coats or clothing. The water from the shower emptied onto the bathroom floor. The door did not lock from the inside properly. The hotel advertised free breakfast, there was none. If all you want is some place to grab a nap this might be ok.

The place is not very clean. We had noise complaints all night because our neighbors across the hall were super loud. They were playing music and yelling. The next night the room above us flooded and no one told us. We only found out when one of us laid on a soaked bed. Then the “manager/owner” proceeded to offer us the other room’s name and info to go speak to them. We turned that down. They offered to “upgrade” us to a nastier room. They told us we could take the upgrade or leave for a one night refund. They told us to discuss it and then when we went to let them know what we decided, they had already checked us out and started a refund process. The room was booked in my name and I didn’t even give them an answer of what I wanted to do.

SO SAD! Bilss is not the right name for it.....
This was so very sad. the gentleman at the front was friendly enough. The facility was extremely dirty in need of paint and cleaning. we arrived at 6pm in time to drop bags before our event. when we walked to our room the gentleman who was staying opposite had his door open wide, no shirt, pants open and was just watching us enter the CREEPY) The bathtub was covered in brown rust. totally unsanitary. for a family. I didn't even care that we would lose money. needless to say we checked out without staying.

I can’t believe I didn’t walk right out the door
This was a horrible hotel, I do not recommend staying here. It was dirty, I mean really dirty with visible filth on the walls, microwave, stains on furniture, stains on bedding, stains on curtains (that was halfway hanging off. It literally appears that no one had clean the room for some time. Now when booking this hotel I had no idea that it was a 2 star, however that should have nothing to do with cleanliness, I mean you expect not having the best towels, or liens, or decor, but not cleanliness. Truly and honestly a disgusting place to stay even for one night. I mean the pool area wasn’t even clean, and when we arrived there was a coffee area in the lobby, the lien on that table had a stains on it, can you believe that hours later(the next day) it wasn’t replaced. I don’t know who’s in charge of this whole in the wall but they need to be fired. A deep cleaning, I mean a deeeeeeeep cleaning would do this place some good
