Stay in this charming house and relax in the cozy living room equipped with high speed internet and enjoy watching Netflix or Prime Video. Within walking distance from IWU you will not have to worry about parking when attending any on campus events. This comfy house comes with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, and living room. With several amenities, you will have all you need to relax and enjoy your stay away from home. Pets considered upon request.

I give my guest their space but I am always available by phone and email.

Located in a quiet neighborhood only 3 blocks away from IWU. There are multiple restaurants, Meijer, Kohls, TJ Maxx

Welcome to the Loft on Landess in Marion, IN! Parking is available on the street & behind the house in the gravel. Entry is through the front door by keypad. The code is given in the access email. Do not hesitate to reach out if any issue arises during your stay! Enjoy!

Marion is very easy to get around. Most all restaurants and Grocery stores are located just off State Road 9.

Great place to stay for DCI Open Show at IWU

The accommodation was ideal for three adults, with my son comfortably staying in a small room while we occupied the upper room. The house was clean and well-equipped, and its proximity to the DCI Open Class was convenient. Although we encountered a minor issue, the management resolved it promptly, enhancing our satisfaction. A suggestion would be to add chairs by the grill for a more enjoyable experience.
