「This is a great property! Its location is peaceful and there is so much to do in the area that no one could be at a loss for activities. The large living and dining area accommodated our group of 12 easily. Perfect week! 」

「The house is adorable and so comfy!! The owners have put work into making sure everything is as easy as possible to use while there. Loved the book with explanations of appliances, tvs, Netflix etc. everything was super clean and accessible! Would love to stay again! Very close to cute towns, wineries etc. 」

「Really nice spot and I thought it was a solid value. We saw some other, incredible houses on Canandaigua lake we wanted to book, everything looked perfect but when we saw the total price at check out, we said no way; way overpriced. But we found THIS place had it all: Enough room, nice interior, great view, nice outdoor space with a dock to park a boat, AND a fair price! Therefore, we will save this spot to check first for another rental.」

「It's an old house kept spotlessly clean and well-stocked with everything you need. 2 blocks from beautiful, posh East Ave, we were 5 min drive from art museums, the planetarium, and the .Museum of Play. Beds are comfy. Window ACs hD no problem keeping the house cool. We had no problem finding close, free parking for our extra car.. Staying here gave us a much better Rochester experience than we evver got when we stayed in the burbs.」

「Very clean, very comfortable, we were with a large group and had 2 houses, the general gathering areas accommodated all of us for meals and family gatherings for which we were grateful. It appears to be recently remodeled, they did a really good job.Just to the owner: oven mitts and more towels would have been helpful 」

「The property owner was excellent with communicating with me when I had any questions. The house was very clean and charming. I did want to mention that I noticed that the closet door in the bedroom with the king sized bed was off of its track. It was like that when I got there. I have a put the picture below. We had a wonderful stay!」

「Truly a gem of a house! We loved that the house retained all of its charming historic elements. Every room was beautifully decorated with elegent simplicity. The location in the historic district was perfect. We hope that the owner will retain the vintage charm of the kitchen. That was a sweet surprise! Parking was never a problem even with the college fall semester in session! And thanks to the host for being so responsive. We would absolutely stay here again! 」

"My daughter's leg was injured and there was no way to take the stairs. Then they still arranged a room on the second floor, on the second floor without an elevator, and let a person with an injured leg go up the stairs. It was really a disappointing experience!"
