This property is perfect for families or groups to get away to relax and explore. It is a custom hilltop home on 7 park-like acres with incredible views into the Sierras. Each bedroom is appointed with a queen bed and deck access. You'll enjoy the private "country" setting and the proximity to the several Gold Rush towns of the Mariposa area. Just over an hour through our "Wild and Scenic" Merced River Canyon is Yosemite National Park. Our home is a great place to make memories, and a local professional photographer is available to capture them.

A large slate courtyard separates the free-form pebble tech pool from the jetted hot tub and barbecue area. Just out your second-level bedroom door is a huge wraparound deck, perfect for amazing stargazing.

Inside you'll find tile and hardwood floors throughout. The guest bath includes a large jetted bathtub, while the master bath has a double shower heads and a sitting area. A 50 inch flat screen TV and a cozy wood stove are located in the conversation area. The wood for the stove is always fully stocked for a cold winter’s night.

The sitting room/library offers a peaceful place to read, relax on the soft couch or set outside the door onto the balcony for beautiful views. The library offers a a wide variety of adult and children's books.

For the more active, there's a pool, Jacuzzi, basketball court and an unconditioned game room separate from the house.

In the game room, there is a slate-top pool table, darts, and dice at the bar, as well as plenty of places to hang out. We also offer a large selection of board games and puzzles.

It is close to the Badger Pass winter sports area, ice skating in the park, and Tenaya Lodge. We offer snow sleds for a fun day of playing in the snow.

We also have a charming, cozy cottage on the same property, which is private and separate from the house. The cottage can be rented with the house for a big get-together. To view the cottage, please see 769664.
