「Had an amazing stay at this property. It was clean and comfortable. The pool is small but fun. The room is equipped with a full kitchen but I did not use it. The fridge was nice and cold to store my drinks as needed. What stands out the most is the location. It’s 5-10 minutes walk to the mall, grocery stores and restaurants as well as 15-20 minutes to Reduit Beach. The staff was great and kept the property well maintained. I highly recommend! 「The communication at the start was horrible. I sent emails and called with no response. I felt ignored so I contacted h otels.com then I finally got a response. "I truly enjoyed the cocoa tea served at breakfast, and most of the staff were warm, friendly, and courteous. When I checked in, they kindly explained how to get to Baywalk Shopping Mall and introduced the hotel’s facilities. Even when I was waiting for a taxi early in the morning at 5:00 a.m. on my departure day, they thoughtfully took the time to recommend beautiful beaches in Soufrière and a bakery well worth visiting."
