Long weekend

Very clean and tidy, beds were comfortable. We didn’t use any of the amenities but the kitchen looked fully stocked and there’s a keurig. It’s right across from the lake with easy access to it There are some great restaurants in the area. We’d definitely stay here again

Family adventure

We really enjoyed our stay at the Lake Shack! This was an easy way to experience cabin life for a weekend, as there was so much equipment available to borrow (kayaks, bikes, yard games). My kids also really enjoyed the arcade style games in the basement during down time.

Fabulous!!!

Girl tribe weekend was a huge success- mostly in part because of our fabulous Lake Shack!! The amenities were amazing - kayaks, bikes(all sizes) , grills, yard games, water stuff!! The proximity of the lake and pool were very helpful! The girls went to bed each night exhausted!!

Cute, Clean and Well Stocked

The cabin is very cute, clean and lots of amenities. Has great views of Lake. As we stayed when you could not use all the amenities (kayaks, basement game room, campfire and more) they offer with this cabin, it would be a wonderful place to stay in spring, summer and fall. Very comfortable bed and they did not miss a thing you would not need for your stay in the cabin, well stocked. Overall very nice and clean.

A great getaway to recharge for the upcoming winter!

Property was spacious, quiet, and clean. The coffee bar was excellent. Very nice to have kayaks, fishing poles, bean bag, jenga, and ladder toss to name a few amenities. The game room was a hit with us. There is foosball, two video games, a game table, darts, and lots of card games. Great place to hang out if it is raining. Wonderful space for a firepit and chairs. The sleeping arrangements were comfortable. Excellent spot to take children because everything you need to entertain is there. We biked everyday on a road route. Great restaurants nearby. Park right across the street by the lake.

Awesome!

Our family had a great time at this fun little lake shack! We really appreciated the cleanliness of the home. Emily goes above and beyond providing you with indoor and outdoor games. We loved the use of the kayaks and bikes. The park and lake are right across the street (which is a dead end, and rarely traveled). If you want to sit in the yard while the kiddos play at the park, they are well within eyesight. We enjoyed using the fire pit as well. The child amenities are great! Even though my daughter brought everything she needed for her little guy, the house was already fully equipped with those items. Emily quickly responded to any questions we had. If you just want somewhere fun to go and hang out, this is the place!

Lake Shack Vacation Stay

We were very impressed with the way the place was stocked and ready to be used. Any gadget and utensil you could ask for was there waiting. Even a virtually complete spice rack and coffee bar-type setup, consisting of a Keurig coffee maker and full K-Cup rack! We essentially only had to buy what groceries we needed for the week, which was nice. And the Piggly Wiggly is only about 1.5 miles away. The adventure shed was appreciated and put to good use, although the bike tires were flat. We took the 2 bikes we used to the gas station next to Piggly Wiggly to air up, which cost a rather steep (in my opinion) $2 for the air pump. A minor inconvenience, at worst. Overall, the area seems to be very quiet with virtually no touristy activities in the general area, which was a nice reprieve for us from the typical family vacation. We will keep this on our radar for future getaways!

Relaxing getaway

Location is in a beautiful small town. Little green lake is serene. Plenty of amenities and things provided for an eventful but relaxing stay. We were able to slow down and enjoy the little moments during our stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to experience a glamping stay.

This is a very clean, cute cottage just across the road from Little Green Lake. The beds were very comfortable, and there are plenty of extras available like bicycles and fishing gear.

This was a very cute cabin with LOTS of toys available. We went on one of the hottest weeks so the AC being one window unit in a bedroom just barely kept the place bearable at night. I would suggest bringing extra fans if you stay in the summer. Also, while the cabin is dog friendly, the beach nearby is not. Just be aware that they will not be able to play in the water with you.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the shack!

The house was really clean, cozy, and it had all the necessary items that we needed. There was something for everyone and we will definitely rented again when we returned to Wisconsin.
