Stayed at this property for 5 weekends this winter. It was the best price in the area. You get what you pay for. I would say it was fancy camping. Over those 5 weekends of 2-3 night stays I was able to take two hot showers, the rest of the time the water was cold. One morning the car outside my door was idling while people warmed it up and all the exhaust got trapped in the room (through the door or maybe the air conditioner?) - we breathed in fumes for hours because no air circulation (the heater/airconditioner is attached to that outside wall by the cars). You have to travel to the office to use the microwave to heat up food or water. There is no maid service, even if you stay 3 nights. It took a few stays to perfect the heater to not be too hot, definitely too cold if it's turned off, there is no auto thermostat. The front desk staff are super sweet. Bring your own food if you are gluten-free or vegetarian as the bar has fried bar food only. If people cough, walk, open and close doors, have a dog that barks, or flush a toilet, you can hear it. Most annoying at 3 am when people are coming from the bar on the property. We started bringing our own blankets and this helped us sleep better. Also, the coffee makers are so small that it takes over 15 minutes to fill a small thermos full of hot water.
