"The staff is really professional and friendly. I always stay here when I am in Istanbul. Great location near grocery, restaurants and shopping. They have new mattresses and continue to make improvements. While it is not a luxury hotel, it feels like home and is clean and comfortable. I arrived earlier and had a late departure this trip and I was allowed to check in and out based on availability and I was very grateful! Cihan ( hope I get the name right) always great!"
