硬件整體來說不錯,有三星級水平. 最值得一提的是員工, 非常好客, 幫忙搬行李, 也介紹房間. 每天都有無限的樽裝水提供. 地點方面, 由taksim過來不近, 要下山, 最快是行樓梯. 而由tram站或碼頭來就非常近. 有衛星電視, 不錯.

This was our third visit staying on this hotel and as always the service has been excellent. Always making us feel at home and we feel more like a friends than customer. - Excellent location for public transport Tram, buses, Kabatas ferry terminal were only 5 minutes walk from the hotel. 15 minute walk to Dolmabahçe Palace, and 30+ mins walk to Galata bridge - Service and cleanliness was fantastic! All the reception staff were fluent in English and other languages. I especially appreciated the heartwarming service from Sam, Abdullah, and Mia. They were all friendly, helpful, and thoughtful, checking in with guests regularly. It created a very welcoming community for all travelers to gather. - Clean and spacious rooms Housekeeping came every day to clean (and tidy) the rooms. 3+ electrical sockets in my room for charging. Plenty of storage space, cabinets, shelving etc. I've stayed in many hotels and this one bedroom was larger than most. Could imagine someone staying here for 2 - 3 weeks if needed. - Cats The hotel staff take good care of the cats on this street, leading to many strays (at least 6) who can regularly be found relaxing around the property. Many of the cats are friendly, clean, and well behaved, so I enjoyed petting them every night! - Being on the first floor (above the lobby) meant my room could sometimes pick up street noise or other guests. But generally the area was quiet after 1am, and very safe. - If arriving from the IST airport, I recommend taking a taxi to the hotel instead of public transport (3+ changes).

I chose Union Hotel Port because Google Maps showed that it was close to the area I wanted to be at and it had excellent reviews. Since I was traveling by myself those last two days, it was especially important to me that I feel safe. My stay here exceeded all expectations. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt welcome and at home. I was greeted with tea and an invitation to sit down while the desk clerk answered all my questions, helped me map out the best route for where I wanted to go, and gave me recommendations for other well known sites and places to eat. The room was modern, quite roomy, and absolutely spotless. It had the best bathroom of any hotel I have been in either in Greece or Turkey with a completely closed in shower that gave instant hot water, a long counter space, with open storage shelves beneath. An absolute delight. Bed was comfortable and cozy! I appreciated the convenience and comfort of being picked up and taken to the airport. It was well worth the additional cost. The customer service of this hotel is beyond excellent. One of the ladies on our tour had left her coat in a previous part of the country. Since I was staying on for a couple days, she had the hotel where she left it send it to me in hopes that I could bring it to the states. While it did not arrive in time, the staff bent over backwards to help solve a problem that was not at all their concern. I highly recommend this hotel to other tourists!

I had an exceptional stay at the Union Port - all thanks to the staff! All of them were fantastic, but particular thanks to Sam who was generous and attentive throughout my stay, making sure I was always comfortable and helping to organise some great tours for me. Would certainly stay at the Union Port again if I return to Istanbul!

Meine Freundin und ich hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt im Union Hotel Port in Beyoğlu. Die Lage ist perfekt, um Istanbul zu Fuß zu entdecken – zahlreiche Cafés, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten liegen ganz in der Nähe. Unser Zimmer war modern, sauber und sehr gemütlich. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich eine Schule, sodass es am Morgen etwas lebhafter sein kann. Für uns persönlich war das jedoch überhaupt kein Problem – im Gegenteil, wir fanden es eher charmant und authentisch. Trotzdem ist es ein kleiner Hinweis für Gäste, die besonders empfindlich auf Geräusche reagieren. Das Hotelpersonal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat uns überzeugt: hoher Komfort und ein sehr guter Service zu einem wirklich fairen Preis. Wir würden das Union Hotel Port definitiv weiterempfehlen und kommen bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Istanbul gerne wieder!

First time in Turkey and grateful we stayed in Union Hotel Port for couple of days. As soon as we arrived, lady staff was so pleasant, nice, friendly and accommodating. All of them stand out, excellent and top notch with each own expertise of work. Sam was one of them. He was very helpful on our last day by assisting our transportation to the port. He was really a great entertainer not only to our group but also to other guests. The room was small but it was clean. No opportunity to avail the amenities. Thank you Union Hotel employees, keep it up the great work! You all rock!

Das Hotel ist für einen Istanbul Aufenthalt, wo man eh den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist vollkommen ausreichend. Es wird jeden Tag sauber gemacht, aber auch gründliche sauber gemacht muss ich sagen. Das Personal ist überdurchschnittlich Nett. Frühstück wird in dem Hotel nicht angeboten, jedoch gibt es in der Nähe ganz viele Restaurants. Man kann viele Orte wie die Fähre, Bahnhaltestelle, Taksim Platz usw. in einigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Das einzige, was ich nicht so gut fand ist die Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer. Wenn sich jemand im Flur unterhalten hat, konnte man das Gespräch 1zu1 mithören. Im Schlaf hat es aber nicht gestört, da es abends eigentlich relativ ruhig war. Vor dem Hotel ist ein verlassenes Gebäude, welches leider verhindert, dass Helligkeit am Tag in das Zimmer kommt. Dadurch war das Zimmer egal ob Tag oder Nacht eher dunkel. Wenn man das Licht angeschaltet hat, war es leider dennoch nicht wirklich heller. Alles in einem war es aber ein angenehmer Aufenthalt und eine Empfehlung wert. Man fühlt sich wohl :)

We so fortunate to have booked this hotel.Sam, the concierge was such a help to us as we arrived to the hotel with dead cells phones. Sam and the other staff charged the phone for us. Sam went above and beyond to assist us in getting to our booked excursions. Without his assistance and direction we would not have the great experience that we had in Istanbul. We appreciate your wonderful service and encourage any travelers to stay at this hotel and experience the First class experience we had. The hotel is in walking distance or using the tram to get to the famous sites. The hotel its self was very nice clean and perfect before a cruise. A bakery and a place for a full breakfast was just around the corner. Very delicious!. I had read previous reviews about the hotel and Sam. It was a pleasure to receive this type of personalized service.

The rooms were clean and nice. Sam made you feel at home right away and ensured you were always taken care of. When we got up in the morning he pointed us to great breakfast place/bakery nearby. My daughter was really interested in the cats that live in the alleyway, so Sam let her know which ones were ok to pet and which ones were a little more wild. Would definitely stay here again, as Sam made you feel at home!
