This hotel is not oceanfront and has a weird layout In order to get to the beach, you'd need to walk through the restaurant. The ocean water at this part of the bay was dark and/or cloudy-don't know why, but closer to Marmaris side of the bay seemed crystal clear, around the public beach area and onwards. The service and food was very good, hard working staff. The reception team is questionable, I booked through Expedia with a feature 'late check out no extra fee", emailed the hotel asking for the details, never got response and got 2 different answers face to face. Kind of dissappointing to see the Elite Hotel group left he reception badl managed. Overall, we would not return or recommend.

It’s an acceptable hotel with a nice pool. The staff were friendly. There is a loud bar very near the hotel which was noisy until late.

Arrived early and waited till 2pm to be told that there was problem with the plumbing and they tried to help by relocating us to a nearby hotel, which was not of the standard of the hotel we booked.

After paying a non-refundable booking fee which clearly stated All Inclusive, at check in we were informed that we would only receive the dinner the evening of check in as all inclusive, and the remaining 4 days would be breakfast only due to the high season coming to an end. It was very disappointing and unfair. The coffee bar charged $7 per cup of coffee (what should have been all inclusive) We felt like it was a complete rip off. The staff was ready to be done and grounds, and overall service as a result was very poor.

We couldn't sleep the first night of our 2 day planned stay because of the very loud noise coming from the dance bars across a narrow street from our room. It was late and the staff told us to wait until the morning to change rooms. We decided to leave next morning and change hotels because we were not sure changing rooms will make much difference. We asked the manager to charge us only one night because we are not staying for the second night. He asked us to call Expedia which we did. Expedia talked to the manager and requested the cancellation of the second night. The manager later told me he would only refund the second night if I gave his hotel a positive review! I thought that was blackmailing but i told him I don't normally leave reviews since I don't have time for that. We left with the understanding that if I don't say anything bad about the hotel he would refund the second night that we did not use. He was lying. What a dishonest management.

Snack bar biraz daha geliştirilebilinir çeşitlilik ve kalite yetersiz. Ana yemeklerde pek seçenek yok ama yemek lezzeti fena değil. Kahvaltı yeterli hatta en sevdiğimiz öğün oldu. Otel çalışanları ilgililerdi. Denize yürüme mesafesinde ama sahilde içeçek servisi yok. Otoparkı yok araç park edecek yer bulmakta sıkıntı yaşanabilir. Butik otelden hallice bir yer cok büyük bir yer beklemeyin.Yandaki bardan 12 bucuğa kadar yüksek müzik sesleri geliyor ve bizce rahatsız ediciydi. Kokteyller özensiz direk bir bardağa herseyden biraz konularak hazırlanıyor. Ama genel olarak biz f/p oteli olarak bulduk.

O kadar otellerde kaldım bu kadar kötü bir otelde konaklamamıştım . Yemekler berbat lezzetsiz hergün aynı tür yemek cıkıyor . Tatlılar rezalet ötesiydi otel çalışanları lobi hariç saygısız umursamaz hepsinin elinde telefon oflayarak bırsey yapıyorlar . Huzur evinden farksız hiçbir aktivitesi olmayan bir otel . Tek iyi diyebilecegim oda temizliğidi.
