The views are fantastic from this property and I think all the rooms have an ocean view. The owners are very friendly and prepare an excellent breakfast. They also have a restaurant so you can have other meals there too. Our room was small but fine for the two of us. It is very late in the season so the pool and outside sitting areas weren't useable but we enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic service level with a personal touch

The staff (Burak, Ömer, chef and cleaner) and service level of the hotel was fantastic. They were incredibly helpful, friendly and had a personal touch that we appreciated a lot. The view from the hotel is stunning as you can see the whole bay. The restaurant was also really good, and the breakfast was great! They served really qualitative products. They also have the sweetest cat at the hotel that is very social! The only feedback we have is that the rooms are in need of improvements and renovations. They are clean and well kept, but they are very old and we experienced problems with the water, the electricity and some smell from the sewers (that Burak instantly fixed when we told him). If they renovate the rooms and make them more modern, this hotel will easily be one of the best once in Selimiye.

Otelde çift olarak 3 gece konakladık, artılarını ve eksilerini aşağıda yazıyorum. Artılar 1. Manzara, odanın çok iyi bir manzarası var, bütün selimiye ayaklarımızın altındaydı 2. Hayvan dostu, dost canlısı kediler ve köpekler ortama neşe katıyor. Eksiler 1. Odanın bakımsızlığı, odadaki mobilyalar eski. Yenilenmeye ihtiyaçları var. Ek olarak bizim kaldığımız oda ve yan odanın kapıları tam kapanmıyordu, kapı aralarından hem ışık hem ses geliyordu. Yine odamızdaki klozet oturağı da kırıktı. 2. Temizlik, odaya ilk girdiğimizde genel olarak temiz görünse de havluların çoğu yıkanmış olmasına rağmen lekeliydi. Yatak altı gibi görünmeyen yerler ise temizlenmemişti. Duşta şampuan koyulabilecek bir raf olması gerekirdi. 3. Konum, merkeze yürüyerek gitmek yaklaşık 20dk, biz hep arabayla indik. Ücret karşılığında otel de merkeze götürüp getirdiğini iletti. 4. Resepsiyon biraz daha güler yüzlü olabilirdi, zahmet mi veriyoruz dediğimiz çok durum oldu. 5. Kahvaltı, manzara eşliğinde olması dışında pek bir olayı yoktu. Ürün çeşitliliği bol olsa da kalite düşüktü. Özetle otelin elden geçirilip, hizmet kalitesini yükseltmesi gerekiyor. Bu haliyle tekrar tercih edeceğim veya önereceğim bir otel değil.

Tam kafa dinlemelik,huzur dolu bir yer

Harika konumda,tertemiz,sessiz bir otel arıyorsanız bence burası doğru adres.Yatağınızdan bile tüm Selimiye ayağınızın altında.Kahvaltısı,yemekleri ve güleryüzlü hizmetiyle “keşke daha fazla kalabilseydik” dediğimiz yer.Bundan sonra Selimiye’deki durağımız olacak.Balkonda akşam üstü esintisiyle manzarayı seyretmek de çok keyifliydi.Gönülden tavsiye ederiz.

Otel ve çalışanları mükemmel. Geçen yıl da bu otelde kalmıştık. Yine çok memnun kalmıştık. Ancak bu yıl anlaştıkları sahil (beach) değişmiş. Geçen yıl Zeytin adlı bir kumsal restauranttan giriyorduk. Bu yıl Umut Otel Tipsy beach ile anlaşmışlar. Bu kumsalda çalışanlar zorunluluğunuz olmamasına rağmen sürekli bir seyler almanız için sizi göz hapsine alıyor. Hatta bir seyler içmemize ragmen bir gofret çıkardığımızda yanımıza gelip herkesin icinde dışarıdan yiyecek getirmeyiniz diye bizi rencide ettiler. Le terrasta kalıp başka yerlerden de denize girebilirsiniz. Bu konuyu bizde kesinlikle kaldığımız otelin puanına negatif olarak eklemeyiz. Gelecek senelerde de yine aynı oteli seçmekten cekinmeyiz.

Merhaba, Lobide giris islemleri gayet hizliydi, oda maalesef biraz kucuk. Servis gayet iyi, calisanlarin buyuk kismi ilgili fakat ismini bilmedigimiz burda calisan orta yasli bir hanimefendi, aksamustu havuz kenarinda kalabalik vakit gecirirken maalesef bizi kaldirdi (sonucta TATİLDEYİZ) ve aksam icin yemek masalari konulacagini soyledi. Bu kadar guzel bir otelde tam keyif vaktinde bu sekilde kaldirilmak hos degildi. Tavri da hos degildi. Genel olarak calisanlar biraz isteksiz ve motivasyonsuzdu, anlamadik.

Çok başarılı (hoşnutsuz resepsiyonist hariç)

Konum olarak mükemmeldi. Selime ayaklarımızın altındaydı. Terastan Selimiyeyi izlemek gibiydi. Resepsiyonda oturan(sanırım mekanın sahibi olan kadın) biraz suratsızdı ve otele girerken eksi puanla başladık ama geriye kalan kısımlar harikaydı. Kahvaltı çok sade ve güzeldi. Şampuan kalitesi özellikle çok iyiydi. Sonsuzluk havuzu muazzamdı. Bir daha gidersek değerlendirilebilir ama resepsiyonist biraz gülümse be abicim yamyam değiliz.

Özel salataları olan nohutlu pancarlı salata ve makarnaları çok beğendik. Merkeze arabayla 4 dk mesafede. Bozburun merkeze de arabayla 13dk mesafede. Şehir içi ulaşım, bizim gibi belli bir yaşta olan misafirler için, yokuşta yer alan tesise araçsız çok olanaklı değil. Bunun yanı sıra, otel çalışanları, özellikle Sıla hanım çok yardım sever. Odalar küçük ama her açıdan tertemiz. Kahvaltı ve sunum mükemmel. Sahildeki Sardunya restoran çok pahalı. Dikkat edin.Teşekkürler.

Ein kleiner Diamand am Hang über der Bucht

Das Hotel liegt wunderschön am Hang mit einem fantastischen Blick über die Bucht. Die Eigner haben das Hotel vor 3 Jahren übernommenen und von Grund auf renoviert. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Und die Gastlichkeit ist sehr herzlich.

Sitenizde Otel imkanları dahilinde özel plaj ve plaja transfer olmasına rahmen otele giriş yaptığımızda böyle bir servisin olmadığı bize iletildi. 4 gün boyunca kendi imkanlarımızla plaja inmek zorunda kaldık. Ayrıca çok yetersiz sayıda personel ile otel işletilmeye çalışılıyor. Bu da temizlik ve hizmette aksamalara yol açıyor. Kahvaltı yetersiz. 4 gün aynı tabağı yemekten gına geldi..

Das Zimmer ist sehr eng, es gibt kaum bis gar kein Stauraum Das Zimmer wurden erst nach Aufforderung gereinigt Die Vorhänge im Zimmer konnte man nicht öffnen, da sonst jeder freie sicht ins Zimmer hätte Im Badezimmer war der Duschkopf nicht ganz funktionstüchtig, das Wasser tropfte nur leicht und erschwerte uns das Duschen Sehr schöne Aussicht Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker alles war frisch In der Unterkunft ist das Wechseln von Währungen möglich

Çok çok memnun kaldık,otel çok güzeldi,kaldığımız odanın kendine özel balkonu vardı ve sanki bize ait bir ev gibiydi,havuz ve manzara çok keyifliydi
