All in all a good stay.

Most of the staff were amazing and very helpful, friendly and courteous. Certain staff however need to change their attitude to guests. The chefs, front of house and management were fantastic. The food is standard across most of these hotels I believe. It was value for money. The seating for the entertainment in the evening could be improved. Location and setting for the hotel is great for sun worshippers.The whole stay was very relaxing and definitely some for those looking to chill!!

Please avoid this place if you are a young couple. Unfortunately this doesn't look like a 4 star hotel at all and we are fortunate that they refunded us our money back

The property was a bit tired, it has air conditioning in the rooms and the restaurant but very hot in the public areas. Food was ok and cooked on site got a bit boring towards the end. There were strict rules regarding the pool you had to leave the area by 6.00pm and the opening and closing times of the restaurant was also enforced. The pool although adequate was smaller than we expected. Entertainment was limited as there was only one guy not a team to help him but he tried hard and the brought in different acts to boost up the evenings. The transfer from the airport was terrible when on arrival as we booked this with Jet 2 and expected to travel in one of their coaches and not wait in a mini bus for an hour for other passengers to arrive before we could start our journey. However our return journey was excellent as we had a new mini bus to ourselves. Marmaris is jut under 60 miles from the airport and we were told by Expedia it was 30 miles.We wouldn't have booked had we had known the transfer time was 2.5 hours going to the resort and 1.75 hours coming back.

Clean With Poor Wi-Fi

It was the off season, so it was nice and quiet. The wifi was extremely poor. The gym was being painted and the pool was empty, neither of which were mentioned on the website. Overall though, the staff were friendly and, despite being older, it was kept quite clean.

Love it here

I love it here. It is open all year with amazing Vega spa with gym Turkish bath sauna great massage always clean and staff are excellent open in winter too. . Shop. Daisy hairdressers the bookable in winter too jewellers shop . The staff are excellent my favorite times are winter.spring and late summer. I like peace and quiet but love walking to the beach.hatbour and excellent shopping .in the season there are many boat trips. Lots of other things to do too. Pool is open in the season only but of you like cold pool then there is one in the spa. I would not really recommend for children if you want children entertained during the day .it is in quiet road and 5mins walk to harbour and beach and shops. Dolmus buses are easy to use .

Very ordinary

Just stayed 1 night. Checked it at 5pm went for a swim about 5.30pm and got told to get out of the pool as it was closing for the day. But on the positive the breakfast was A class really good.
