This hotel is first rate. The staff is sharp and concerned that you are happy. I had a long day and was beat one day, and the staff made me a pick up expresso to energize me. The house was great. Very clean. It had everything we needed and anything we didn’t have, the owners quickly sorted. The location is great with many little restaurants dotted around and only 30 minutes to Florence. Would love to stay there again if the pool was warmer.
