The location is definitely the best thing about this hotel—it’s convenient and well situated. Unfortunately, the hotel itself feels very outdated and is in need of renovation. The carpets were stained and looked worn, and the air conditioning barely worked, which made the room uncomfortable. I was also surprised that basic amenities such as a hair dryer and iron were not available. Overall, the location is good, but the condition of the hotel and lack of basic amenities were disappointing. I would not stay here again unless the rooms and facilities are updated.

I had a wonderful stay at this Ibis hotel. The location is excellent and made it easy to get around and explore the area. The hotel was very clean, and everything was well maintained throughout my stay. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and professional. I especially want to thank Anas at the front desk. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. His excellent customer service really made a positive difference in my experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The Ibis is in a great location for downtown, right next the train station and a 10 minute walk to the CTM bus station, and right in the heart of the city, although not so great for the medina (the old city), which is where all the main action is in Marrakesh, and is a 30 minute walk or a cab. I stayed three nights. It’s a very nice looking hotel, and well maintained, with a nice pool in the nice courtyard. It has a small restaurant, but with a limited menu, and the hamburger I got was nothing to write home about, I wouldn’t eat there again, but there are many restaurants in the immediate vicinity. My room was cramped, and without a chair, and that was the main downside. When I was in the room, I was on the bed, and that made it tricky to get any work done on my laptop, which really did have to be on my lap while lying on the bed. Well priced also.

The room was clean and right next to the train station. The air conditioning was not working well so we had a hot night. The room was tiny and I had to turn to my side to walk around the bed. the pool was nice; however, I did have to ask for towels for the pool because none were nearby. The breakfast is not included.
