Horrible experience!! Housekeeper stole money from my suitcase!
Hosts did not respond to any of my questions. Instead my inbox was spammed with multiple emails with different links for payment. I replied to each email asking questions, still no reply. I had to involve VRBO to ask if this a scam and they had to verify that the company was legit. VRBO then contacted them and then they started responding to my questions. The websites were still confusing and I still got a lot of spam.
The booking first off, there is a thief amongst the staff. We suspect the cleaning lady because on the first day, this thief had to open our luggage, rifle through underwear and toiletry bag to take €100 out of my luggage.
Don't be fooled by the comparable prices - everything is a la carte and very pricey. Most other roads include breakfast, not here! For instance, €25 per person for dinner, when you could go out to a nice restaurant for dinner and spend €25 for 2 people, drinks included.
The pool was dirty on our arrival for several days with no attempts to clean it. When I asked for it to be cleaned, the cleaning lady said "it was decorative, not for guest use" .
Shower drainage and sewage from day 2. Shower didn't drain and we had to stand in dirty shower water with disgusting soapy scum every day. The sewer would occasionally stink during the day. We ran out of hot water multiple time. Housekeeper spent about 5 hours everyday"cleaning" (could be done in 2 hours or less), talking loudly on cell phone. Zero privacy! Do NOT recommend!!
