Villa Zagar is a magnificent property situated in a quiet area of Palmeraie in Marrakech, surrounded by a garden, spacious and well maintained, with olive trees and Mediterranean plants, this space hosts also the swimming pool (it can be heated on request) a terrace with sunbeds where to relax in the hottest days, a pool house with outdoor showers. Several lounge areas with sofas and coffee tables where to enjoy an aperitif all together, this is the ideal place where to spend unique holidays with the family and a group of friends.

===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
From a covered terrace we enter inside, a spacious living room well decorated, with cosy sofas, the fireplace , the TV, a reading space with a beautiful piano, and a dining area with table and chairs and a fully equipped kitchen. For the guests comfort and leisure there is a massage room and the hammam, moving on the basement a game room with video games and the DVD player, table tennis , pool table and a basketball area.

Villa Zagar can easily accommodate 16 person with its 8 bedrooms (it is possible to rent just 4 bedrooms or the entire house) all with air conditioning, they are spreads on the ground floor with the direct access to the garden and first floor, with a private terrace and en suite bathroom:

Room 1 and 3 are equal they have two single beds configurable in a double bed, , bathroom ensuite with bathtub, the WC is shared.
Room 2 and 4 are equal they have a bunk beds, bathroom ensuite with shower, the WC is shared.
On the first floor 4 more bedrooms all with view garden, a double bed 180cm en suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, the fireplace and a private terrace.

The guests will appreciate the Domestic Staff with the cook (he/she will prepare three meals per day, the food costs is not included), the maid, butler and the gardener, they will satisfy all your need to transform your stay in an unforgettable experience in Morocco, to complete this beautiful property the wi fi connection, the safe, a yoga pavilion,a large private courtyard, and the private parking.
