We really enjoyed our stay at Riad Chergui. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of. We truly appreciated how flexible and helpful they were with our reservation, and their kindness made a stressful travel day much easier. The riad itself is beautiful, quiet, and feels like a hidden oasis in the middle of Marrakech. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the courtyard and pool were the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the city. The location is also great—close enough to everything, but peaceful at night. If you’re looking for authentic Moroccan hospitality, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit such a memorable one.

They just need to install a stronger A/C, the one on our room was closer to a weak fan rather a real A/C. Other than that, the place is simply beautiful and the people attending you is super.

Instagram worthy riad

Beautiful and spacious riad, located in a quieter part of the Medina. We were also surprised that there was a bar, as other hotels we stayed at in Morocco didn't serve alcohol. Nice food as well.

Great location and great service.

Great location and very friendly, good service. Wifi was a bit inconsistent, but overall everything was great. Some of the rooms are quite small by North American standards, but we knew that when we booked. Close to everything, we’d stay there again for sure.

Beautiful Riad with friendly staff!

We had a wonderful stay at Chergui. The staff was extremely friendly and Riad was comfortable and clean. The location was ideal for walking to the Souks and getting to Jemma Al F'na. Thanks again to all at Riad Chergui for making our stay so pleasant. There's no other Riad I would stay at on our next visit!

A little disappointed with our three day stay after reading so many glowing reviews. The property itself is in good condition, well decorated, and in a very good location. It's a short walk to the souks and also to a spot to hail a taxi, which made it very convenient for exploring all the popular areas in and around the medina. The big cons for us were the breakfast which consisted mainly of different types of fried breads and pastries. The meal also included some chopped fruit, a packaged yogurt, and an egg. This would probably be just fine for most folks, but we are big breakfast people and were expecting more spice/flavor. The rooms were cleaned daily but I never felt like the floors were clean.

Excellent little Riad in the heart of Madina

Couldn't recommend this Riad more for a short stay in Marrakech. Walkable to the souks. Little oasis away from the mayhem. Service was excellent and the courtyard palatial.

My son and I were made very welcome at Riad Chergui, particularly by Abdu. The hotel is tranquil and relaxing, despite being very close to the souks and busy side streets. Easy to get to and from the main areas, but worth noting you have to walk a short way from taxi drop off. Great pool, lovely rooftop terrace and generous breakfasts. Would definitely stay again.

Un Riad delizioso

Un Riad delizioso che ha reso la nostra vacanza magica! La location è' perfetta, nella Medina ma non nel caos, la pulizia curata, il cibo buono e la nuova struttura perfetta. L'accoglienza e assistenza della simpaticissima proprietaria francese e l'efficienza del personale ti fanno sentire a casa! Lo raccomando davvero. Per noi sarà la base per i viaggi futuri a Marrakesh !
