We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit was clean and well kept. It’s hidden among the streets of Medina. I’m glad we stayed there with our kids. The staff was very helpful at all times.

Riad Rafaele & Spa is truly an oasis tucked away in the Medina's busy streets. From the moment you walk through the doors, you immediately feel a sense of calm and warmth that contrasts beautifully with the energy outside. The staff is exceptional, genuinely welcoming, attentive, and always going above and beyond to make sure every detail of your stay is perfect. They are incredibly thoughtful and proactive, always checking in to ensure everything is going smoothly and that you feel at home. The facilities are clean and very well maintained, with a beautiful traditional design that adds to the overall experience. Breakfast each morning was fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared, offering a great start to the day. The spa services were a highlight; truly top-notch. From the ambiance to the treatments themselves, everything felt luxurious and relaxing. A special thank you to Radwan, Ibrahim, Suliman, and Nassima for their outstanding hospitality; they made our stay even more memorable. Absolutely beautiful riad!! Our room was amazing and very spacious and the location is perfect. The staff was so sweet and accommodating and gave us great recommendations- and got us a reservation for the best meal we had in Marrakech! We also loved having breakfast on the beautiful rooftop. We loved staying here and will definitely recommend to friends!

This was the most amazing and hospitable Riad! And it is absolutely stunning. The 2 gentleman working (sorry, I forgot their names) were so great and gave excellent advice for local restaurants and tips. This was the best stay in our whole 2 week vacation in Morocco.

The Riad was a nice haven away from hustle and bustle of the markets. The owners were very helpful with tips during our stay. All of the staff were very accomodating. I especially likes that there was the shaded lounge areas to cool down after a long hot day but if you wanted some sun the terrace had plenty of areas to sit. Meals and drinks were lovely and tasty
