Fairly limited breakfast menu, fruit and yoghurt lacking. Beds very hard. Lady host delightful and extremely helpful. Very clean and great location.

Wir haben 3 wunderbare Tage im Riad Valia verbracht. Das Riad liegt in der Altstadt und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen. Unser Check-In war komfortabel: Abd el Fatah holte uns am Parkplatz unseres Mietwagens ab und brachte uns zum Haus. Dort erwartete uns bereits Saida, die gute Seele des Riads, mit einem köstlichen Abendessen. Auch das Frühstück, das Saida jeden Tag zubereitet, ist sehr lecker und ein guter Start in einen langen Tag. Das Haus und die Zimmer entsprechen genau den Fotos und der Beschreibung und sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Danke für einen tollen Aufenthalt - wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Brice was very communicative and our check-in was seamless. Pickup at the airport was arranged for us upon provision of our arrival details. The unit is as advertised and centrally located to the main square and various Souks. Unit was clean and we had food prepped daily for us (by choice). Saida's food is second to none!! Fatah, was priceless and our trip would nor have been nearly as enjoyable without him helping us to navigate our excursions. Taxi access was arranged for us for all our excursions again by choice and taxi pickup is within a 5-10 minute walk of the riad. Thank you for allowing us the use of your Riad. We would highly recommend to anyone!!!

Super sejour Marrakech

Nous avons passé une semaine dans un riad bien aménagé accueillant. Très bien situé au coeur du souk .Nous avons fortement apprécié les bons petits-déjeuners et les repas concoctés par Saida et avons apprécié l'organisation du sejour par Faata .ce sont deux belles personnes que nous avons eu le plaisir de decouvrir.un grand merci à eux qui ont participer grandement a la reussite de notre voyage Nius recommandons vivenent ce riad Saida et sadia

Wunderschöner Riad

Der Riad liegt in der Medina, am Rande des Souk Semmarine. Dank der tollen Hilfestellung durch Fatah haben wir uns im Labyrinth der unzähligen kleinen Gassen schnell zurecht gefunden. Trotz der zentralen Lage war der Riad sehr ruhig und komfortabel. Die geräumige Dachterrasse mit drei Ebenen ist eine Wucht! Fatah und Saïda sind die guten Seelen des Riads. Mit ihren fabelhaften Kochkünsten, hilfreichen Ratschlägen und organisatorischer Unterstützung bei unseren Unternehmungen haben sie dafür gesorgt, dass wir viel entdecken konnten und uns dabei rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Sylvie war ebenfalls stets erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Visiting Marrakech

We stayed for three days at this lovely Riad. Although it is tucked back into the maze of Riads, once you wind your way out you are right in the heart of the souk. The host was so responsive to all my pre-trip questions and the house manager, Fatah, was amazing (note: primary language was French, luckily one of us spoke French). He was very attentive, and provided exceptional service--we left feeling like family.We added dinner twice at a fair price--the cook, Saida, was amazing and we enjoyed all the food she prepared. Breakfast was included and it never disappointed.If traveling back, we would definitely stay here again.

Great stay with great hosts!

Fateh and Sayeeda were excellent hosts and were so helpful throughout our stay! The place is wonderfully located to all the best shopping and sites! Kindness exudes from Fateh and Sayeeda and they always are smiling and willing to help. We stayed with two small boys who enjoyed the whole facility and we felt safe to let them enjoy the space.Thank you for such a wonderful time!

Wonderful Riad

Riad Valia is perfectly located close to the Souks and a short walk to Jemma El Fna square. We had the whole Riad to ourselves but knew Fatah, the house manager was a WhatsApp away if needed. We had breakfast every day made by Saida and two wonderful evening meals. The rooms were comfortable and roof terrace a treat.

Centrally located gem!

My family of 4 stayed in this riad for 4 nights. It is in the heart of the medina and is absolutely beautiful! After a busy day wandering the medina, the riad is a quiet oasis to retreat to and refresh. Fatah met us in the main square to show us to the property which was very helpful. The property was spotless and the rooms were very comfortable. Rooms had heaters for the cool winter evenings. Saida cooked us a fantastic dinner while we were there as well. I would 100% recommend staying here and hope to visit again! Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Séjour exceptionnel

Nous avons passé un super séjour à Marrakech avec nos 3 enfants. Transfert de l’aéroport à la médina organisé par Fatah qui nous attendait pour nous accompagner jusqu’au Riad. Riad très spacieux, propre, idéalement placé (près des souks et de la place Djama El Fna mais étonnamment très calme) Saïda nous a préparé un succulent tajine le soir de notre arrivée. Petits déjeuners copieux et savoureux. Fatah est de très bons conseils, il nous a réservé une sortie dans le désert d’Agafay et a fait venir une marocaine dans le Riad pour un tatouage à l’henné. Nous recommandons vivement ce Riad et remercions Fatah et Saïda d’avoir rendu ce séjour en famille si exceptionnel.

Aux petits soins pour nous

Ce fut une expérience incroyable , le Riad est très beau, les chambres sont spacieuses avec des salles de bain individuelles… une belle terrasse pour profiter du soleil de Marrakech! Mais ce qui nous a le plus marqué c est l accueil de Fatah, ses conseils pour la visite, l organisation de nos excursions et cerise sur le gâteau ce sont les petits déjeuners et les dîners préparés par Saida, tout était excellent, le couscous royal, le tajine poulet citron et les desserts!! Merci à vous d avoir rendu ce voyage si merveilleux. Merci à Sylvie aussi pour sa disponibilité .

Oasis in the medina.

Down a dead end alley 2 minutes from the vibrant medina this Riad is a fantastic place to stay. Quiet and comfortable, spacious and welcoming, I'd highly recommend it for a trip to central Marrakesh. Nearby you've got a reasonably priced hammam which was very good and the Salana roof top bar for cocktails and food, as well as the spice market and everything else the medina has to offer.

Toller Aufenthalt in einem sehr schönen Riad

Es war super entspannt. Ein tolles Riad mit viel Platz, sehr schön eingerichtet. Fatah war sehr engagiert und hat uns, obwohl An- und Abreise mitten in der Nacht waren, auf allen Wegen begleitet und alles organisiert. Wir empfehlen. Das Riad gwene weiter.

Sejour parfait

Nous avons passé 12 jours très bien au Riad Valia. Nous nous sommes sentis privilégiés au coeur de la Medina de Marrakech. Sur place, Fatah nous a accompagné selon nos demandes pour faciliter nos visites. Et Saïda également à notre disposition si nous le souhaitions nous à préparer des mers typique incroyables !!!! Le riad est très grand et très beau. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci beaucoup.

Fabuleux

Le riad Valia est un havre de paix au coeur de la medina. Le logement est très paisible, agréable, bien agencé. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous sommes enchantés par la rencontre avec Fahta et Saïda, toujours prêts à aider et conseiller. Saïda nous a préparé un excellent couscous royal. Nous recommandons cette adresse et reviendrons avec un immense plaisir.

Great location, fabulous food

We stayed with our three kids and a friend. There was plenty of room for everyone. The location was great, right in the middle of the medina, yet far enough away that it was quiet. Our hosts were great, making delicious breakfasts for us each morning and a yummy dinner our first night. Fatah met us at our taxi when we arrived, as well as arranging tours for us. We highly recommend staying here!
