An oasis of tranquility to enjoy with family and friends 6 km from the city center. Close to restaurants, supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, gym, tennis courts, playgrounds, train and bus stops. Managed for 5 years by an agency, now we will be the owners who directly make your stay more friendly, thus making the leap in quality that was missing in the care of our guests. We were not able to transfer the profiles and had to make new ones. We the owners took care of the check in and check out and we had 35 reviews on Airbnb with a score of 4,85 and 15 reviews on Booking with a score of 8,5. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with queen size beds (1.35x2.00 m.), a full bathroom, living room, kitchen with a table and chairs for breakfast and laundry room. And on the second floor there are two bedrooms, one with 2 single beds (0.90x2.00 m.) and the other with a Queen bed (1.35x2.00 m.), a full bathroom and an office. The garden is large and is equipped with tables and chairs for dining. The pool area is sunny all day long and has an outdoor shower, hammocks and a lounge chair that invite you to relax. The house has all the amenities: air conditioning and heating in all rooms, free fiber optic wifi, smarts TVs of 65 and 32 inches that you can connect tablets and laptops, board games, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, nespresso and Italian coffee makers, toaster, juicer, various kitchenware, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, dryer, iron, hair dryers, hammocks, hammock, barbecue, towels, pool towels and bed linen.
It is located in a very safe and quiet residential area, and has all the services: restaurants, supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, gym, tennis courts, playgrounds and public transport.
The train stop "Pont d'Inca nou - station 207" is 400 meters away (5 minutes walk) and in 10 minutes you reach Plaza de España.
The bus stop line 3 "Pont d'Inca Nou 1- station 36097" is 500 meters away (6 minutes on foot) and in 20 minutes you reach Plaza de España (depending on traffic).
We do not accept reservations for groups of young people under 30 years old. Stag/hen parties and/or celebrations of any kind are not allowed. Pets are not allowed.
We invite our guests to make a responsible use of resources for the care of the environment, so the first 35 kW/h per day are free and excess consumption will be charged at 0.5 euros kW/h. The eco-tax is not included in the price and has a cost of 2.2 euros/person/day according to the regional government.

We are at our guests' disposal 24 hours a day to help them in everything they need. Every day we contact them to ask them if they need anything from the house or if we can provide them with information about places to visit, restaurants, the best beaches, etc.
